sneakers jordan13 I ordered sneakers, paid for the inspection before shipping, as I am from Ukraine. When they arrived, it turned out that no one had checked anything! One sneaker is US8, the other is US9. They refuse to resolve the issue! Letters are not answered! They are pulling specially so that the return period has expired. To the question, how did it turn out? they answer: "we are checking the product" 😳 But how come there were two sneakers of different sizes in the box???🤬 They don't want to exchange, they don't want to refund! Scammers!!! Be careful, ask for photos/videos before sending! The worst company I've ever seen!

NO ASSURANCE OF AUTHENTICITY If I could give zero stars that would be the option. I ordered 2021 Wmns Dunk Low 'Photon Dust' I selected brand new pre verified option from Goat. Upon my order being received I was sent an email saying it wasn't going to be pre verified by Goat and was going to be sent from a "TRUSTED" seller. I voiced my concerns on this and said this isn't what I paid for I wanted them pre verified on site or I could have selected the option which was cheaper not to have them pre verified by GOAT, they stated that only "reputable sellers" can send straight from there location. I received my order and mind you I received another pair from Nike the same week. Completely different shoes via feel look, the shoe was wonky had dips or waves in the inner foot side near the inner check mark, the check mark stitching was neat but cuts were off from where it should be leaving soft spillage and flimsy extra material near the tip of the check mark and curve had significantly different spacing between the stitching from GOAT VS NIKE pair. The stitching in the back was off and threads coming off the shoe. The tag on the tongue was unreadable and there were cuts on the leather and lifting on the grey parts of material ( ordered brand new ) the top view of the shoe shows instead of being more tight to the ankle its open and loose and wide like almost like an air-walk shoe from the 90's ( showing my age). Now I again voiced my new concerns to KATHY T, MEG H, AND MYLO A and they said send me the photos of the shoe and we will authenticate them. Sent them images of the shoe as well as the shoe next to the ones I received from NIKE. They then proceed to say that the were AUTHENTIC and that if I wanted to return them I could do so and they reserve the right to not refund me my money upon inspection but if they decided to that it would be at the loss of my shipping, handling, tax and a 15% restocking fee, so would be losing half of what I paid and it would be in the form of a GOAT credit ( I will never buy from them again what am I going to do with this credit, sit on it? ) I received my order from a seller so what restocking fee am I getting charged for? I again voiced my concerns and stated my case with more photos proving that the pair I received from NIKE VS GOAT were incredibly different not even close to being the same shoe in terms of looks and craftsmanship, they responded that they stood by the ASSURANCE OF AUTHENTICITY and sent me their policy again and if I don't wish to keep them that I could consider reselling them on GOAT and send me a hyperlink https://www.goat.com/selling. So they wanted me to resell the shoe I believe to be fake. Listen I am sure they have done well in the past but I think they dropped the ball on this one and don't want their good named Sullied because its bad for business but upon looking into it further there are so many reddit and other forums stating they received a bad batch or multiple bad batches from GOAT, so clearly they are not standing by the ASSURANCE OF AUTHENTICITY POLICY. They seem to double down on that FAKE pairs are real. If you could avoid buying from them I would stay away from this company my experience with them has been extremely unpleasant and if I wanted the WISH version of Dunk Lows I would say you get what you paid for but I paid for real ones and received the WISH VERSION and overpaid and was treated as if I was being a nuisance for expecting QUALITY out of the money I spent. STAY AWAY, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

No Refunds on return. The biggest problem with GOAT has nothing to do with their products being sold (at least with the item I bought), It has to do with the return policy. The bottom line, there is a return but no REFUND, unless it is defective. If the shoe you purchase was wrong size or the color a little different, forget a refund. You can return it minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping but then they will give you a credit to you to use at their online store. That is a shame that they are not transparent here.

Don’t Trust GOAT I’ve been buying shoes on GOAT since 2019. I have around 10 pairs of sneakers that I bought exclusively through the app. I started selling clothes and sneakers online via depop/ebay/grailed/vestiare and StockX in 2024. After 7 months I’ve sold over 500 items, and have 5 star reviews across the board on the sites I sell on. In August I decided to try and sell a pair of Jordan’s via GOAT. The shoes sold within a day of being on the site, and GOAT notified me that I had 3 days from the day they were sold to confirm the order and ship the shoes. The shoes sold Wednesday night, and I had until Saturday 8/31 to ship the shoes to GOAT for verification. As I was traveling for work on Thursday and Friday, I shipped the shoes on Saturday 8/31 with UPS by 2:37 pm. The next day on Saturday I got a notification from GOAT that my sale was canceled as I had not shipped the shoes on time. I checked my UPS tracking and the shoes were labeled as shipped. I sent them the receipt of when I dropped the shoes off as well as the status from UPS thinking this would rectify whatever mistake led to my sale being canceled. Instead I was gaslit, blatantly ignored, and when my shoes arrived to GOAT they told me to pay to have my shoes sent back to me, or let them keep it for consignment (does that not sound scammy). Ultimately after refusing to help/understand that I wasn’t in the wrong I chose to have my shoes sent back to me. The sent no tracking information or any updates. My shoes are now missing after GOAT sent them back to me at my own cost. So after cancelling my order for no reason even though the shoes were shipped on time, now my sneakers are gone forever. Thanks for absolutely nothing and giving me the worst headache.

Bad Customer Service Buyer beware. We purchased cleats for our son and when we received them realized that they were not going to work because he needed molded cleats not spikes. Long story short he didn't even try them on. We placed them back in the box to return for a refund. Shortly after mailing them out we received an email stating that they were denying our request because there was dirt on the cleat. ABSOLUTELY ABSURB! They even sent a picture and there was tiny little smug on the white part of the inside heal (that could be easily wiped with a wet paper towel). For all I know maybe someone at UPS may have placed the cleats back in box before shipping and created this tiny little dirt mark. Regardless it's ludicrous. We are constantly purchasing online and returning as needed and we have never encountered a problem with a simple return.

Goat sucks they are a scam First off they sent me the wrong pair of shoes! The shoes they sent me were valued way below what I paid for the shoes I wanted. Then I said I’ll just keep them and asked for the difference back. They won’t do that. Well by their own standards the shoes get “verified” before they get sent out bs. Or else you wouldn’t have sent the wrong shoes. Then you have to pay for shipping to return and receive your own shoes that you didn’t fuck up ordering mind you. In my opinion it’s a scam. You end up paying more when they mess up

Shop elsewhere Ordered shoes from GOAT. Received them after sometime waiting almost 2 weeks). Once received, the packing box was crumpled. The original shoe box was missing the top (as it listed) but the box was crushed in. The shoes were not the correct color. Wonder silver does not mean pastel green. Attempted to return them and was told I would get only $46 credited of the $76 paid for the shoes if I returned them. So return them and lose $30 for nothing?!? Well, GOAT has lost a customer now. I won’t be back to deal with this nonsense again.

Liars in Illinois processing It’s funny because every single time yall send my shoes to Illinois they always lie and say there’s a problems with my shoes. You send my shoes to cali New Jersey Michigan any other facility and I never have an issue. Why is that why everytime and you can look at how many issues I’ve had in the past 2 years why everytime my shoes goto Illinois they lie and say I have an odor on my shoes but any other facility they get sent to there’s no issue. I don’t want my shoes being sent to Illinois anymore and if y’all can’t accommodate that just close my account.

Goat is terrible I wish I could give goat zero stars for the customer service and shoe quality I received. I paid my hard earned money for NEW Kobe 10s. They appeared new when I got them but when I wore them once they completely ripped apart on the bottom. Then when I tried sending photos to the goat team, they told me they couldn’t do anything. They didn’t offer me any type of refund or return and not even a discount for my troubles. Never ordering there again. Terrible.
