As a first time host family we were a bit nervous of what to expect having heard some horror stories through neighbors in other programs. GAP has been a great experience from the get-go. Filtering applicants, communicating and interviewing candidates, help from corporate with logistics, and every interaction with our local representative has been seamless. We have been with our Au pair for 6 months and couldn’t be happier! Our local rep has been beyond helpful with transitioning, questions, coordinating fun events for our au pair etc. I would highly recommend this program to anyone considering!

We had a couple nannies before starting the au pair program. With an au pair, it is so wonderful to have flexible, reliable, consistent, and affordable childcare. We love sharing our life with our au pair and learning about other cultures. Our children have loved having an au pair too! Our local representative is wonderful to work with. She is always willing and able to answer questions and facilitates activities for the 50+ au pairs in our area. My husband and I have hosted two au pairs through go au pair. We are located in Minneapolis, MN. We have enjoyed the support from Go AuPair representatives and would recommend this company especially in the Minneapolis area where we have well over 50 au pairs in the area. Go Au Pair process was easy to navigate setting up a profile and corresponding with au pairs. The staff was very hands on and communicative throughout the process in coordinating the arrival and getting our au pair settled in our home. We appreciate the vetting system that Go Au Pair has it gives us added comfort knowing we have a trustworthy person coming into our home We are very happy with our au pair. We trust her with our 6 month old. She feeds, changes his diapers, plays, and helps put baby down for nap, as well as calm him when he cries. Our son has taken to her as a family member.
