I always love to support family owned small businesses, and Golden Appliance Repair should be at the top of your list. Whitney handled the scheduling, confirmation, and communication and was both kind and professional. Cameron came to my home and was able to make it earlier for my convenience. He immediately assessed and diagnosed the issues with my microwave and stove, and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond with his service and consideration of the problem. As frustrating as home issues can be, they both made my experience a positive one! Thank you for what you do and recommend them anytime!

Wow! I called on Monday about my washer that stopped draining and had an appointment Wednesday afternoon! I had an idea that the drain pump died and Whitney had me send her my model ID sticker so they could have the part in hand when they arrived. Wednesday I got a call from Cameron, the service tech asking if he could arrive EARLY! He was polite, sweet and respectful. He took the time to answer additional questions I had about my washer, recommended maintenance I could perform and was done with the repair in less than an hour! Yes! It was the drain pump! He left the space clean and tidy and was able to process my payment from his phone! Cameron was knowledgeable, articulate and went above and beyond with his customer service! I would highly recommend Golden Appliance!

Our Dryer went out so I looked on YELP for some recommendations. Golden Appliance Repair got extremely good reviews and they didn't disappoint! Mike not only fixed it fast... but gave us recommendations on what Did, and Did not need to be done. Really nice folks... and skilled! We'll be back!

Really appreciate the service I received from this small business! Whitney was pleasant, polite and helpful when making the appointment. Cameron was very friendly and polite when on the service call. Although the fridge had a catastrophic failure that wasn't able to be repaired (for less than the cost of replacement), he explained my options and gave me valuable recommendations on replacement brands and retailers. Thank you, both, for a great experience at a very reasonable price. Should I need appliance assistance again, you will be my first call!

I didn't end up using them for a repair because my refrigerator was too far gone and it was cheaper to buy a new one. However they responded quickly to my message, and a tech came out the very same day , he was extremely polite and gave me lots of good information regarding my options. I will absolutely be calling them in the future for any appliance repairs I might need.

My washing machine broke down. Dylan was quick to arrive and assessed the damage.... I needed a new one. Not only was he fast, he worked with my property manager in coordination to get me a new one, as I had to be at work and couldn't do it myself. He kept in constant communication with me the entire time. I've got a new machine now that is SO quiet! I love it! Thank you Dylan and thank you Golden Appliance Repair. Absolutely I will recommend you all to everyone!!

Golden came out to install two parts for our NXR stove. Mike did a great job. He answered all of our questions. Very neat and efficient.

Our dryer had been making squeaking noises so we called Golden Appliance Repair! Cameron was terrific. He fixed the squeak in no time and our dryer runs quietly now. They have courteous office staff to get you set up with an appointment. We appreciated her call when there was an earlier date open so we got the dryer fixed sooner than expected! nice guys, but not good service. The same guy was here three times and never once fixed it in a satisfactory way. The last time he promised to call the manufacturer and get back to me. NOT A WORD.

Trying to get under-warranty repair through Maytag was confusing, complicated and long delayed. When we finally got a local appointment with Golden it turned out that Maytag/Whirlpool didn't have access to Golden's scheduling and there was no opening. After another week though, when we were dealing with Golden directly, it went very smoothly, and our dishwasher's electronic problem was fixed and then a new board was installed to make sure. My advice to any Maytag customer is to go directly to Golden if they can instead of dealing with the manufacturer--Maytag is no longer responsive

Wow, on time, very informative & professional. Dylan advised against repairing our 18+ year-old washer, as so many of the related parts were discontinued and the high cost of the replacement part just did not warrant the work. He confirmed my suspicions. So glad I called them & found a repair shop I can trust for our other appliances, too. Impressive.
