It was not a very long journey with Go mortgage, but a quick and smooth process in obtaining the formal approval for our first home loan. The important part is that Go mortgage team was so good at FHOG and Guarantee scheme as well. We had a tight deadline on our land settlement as it was not subject to finance but had to settle withing a short period of time upon its registration. Go mortgage team was so good in order to get that done. On the very first day that we spoke with Xavier, he had couple of options for us which make us confident on moving forward with signing the contract and entering in the process of our dream home. He answered all our questions and gave us a clear path for our process (even it was not pretty straightforward process) as well as workable options for worst case scenarios. Belinda Koh, was a very helpful team member in Go mortgage team. She was our primary contact up untill the formal approval of the loan. She was so friendly as well as professional and very good in communicating the things. We highly appreciate as she promptly responded to all our emails and was quick enough to get the things done from bank as well. Belinda silvy help us in post approval process which also a very satisfactory assistance through out the process. Looking forward to receive her wonderful assistance during the next stages of our build. I'd HIGHLY recommended Go Mortgage to not only anyone needing finance, but especially so if you have a complicating set of employment/income factors that puts you in the too-hard-basket with most brokers. I have an oddball higher income situation, which my bank's senior lending department was initially super enthusiastic & positive about. It took pre-approval, then nearly half of the finance period, four people and numerous unanswered communications before they unceremoniously told me because of their policies there's no chance they can give me finance, and they don't think any other lender would either. Absolute Muppets. I got in touch with Go Mortgage and the team immediately got on the case. It was looking very much like things were going to fall through on numerous occasions, due to my weird work situation and the time running down on finance. But with the added luck of a finance extension they found a solution that lined up for me and pulled off a MIRACLE. A massive thank you to the whole team - your service has been exemplary...

Just finsalised my second refinance with the go mortgage team. Always a pleasure to deal with. right from the initial contact and then continued over the loan periods. They regularly review the rates throughout the loan periods and contact the finance companies to further reduce the rates whenever possible. When refinancing is required or desired, they are on top of it.
