Meg greeted me instantly and asked how she could help. She was smiling, friendly, very welcoming and kind. As we spoke, she explained everything in detail and couldn’t be more professional. She was extremely knowledgeable about the supports, and shoes that I purchased. She was very busy on this day and made it a point to be the same way with all the customers. She never once helped one over the other, rather giving equal time to all. I was very impressed with her and would highly recommend others to this location. It was a very clean store with all items looking very attractive.

Thanh was great guy. Very positive & informative and polite. Answered our questions. Was not ready to pay this much out of pocket yet for my issue though.

Thanh spent a lot of time explaining the system and making sure the arch supports were a good fit for my husband. He was walking better in the store immediately.

Meg was fantastic. She really new her stuff. She made me feel comfortable. So I didn't think any question I asked would sound stupid. She took her time with me. And I didn't feel rushed. A little bit pricey. But it's worth it. My back and legs feel great already. And it's only been a day. What's it going to be like in 2wks. Thankyou again Meg for your time.

I have had a fabulous experience every time I visit the store in Shrewsbury, MA. Meg is very knowledgeable and professional. I have bone spurs in one foot and bunion in the other. I have been able to walk without pain for over a year. Thanks to the Good Feet inserts. Tytyty!!!

I have been dealing with Achilles tendinitis for almost a year and a half where there were times I couldn’t walk for days. I saw a Dr and went through 3 months of wearing a boot and brace and a month of physical therapy. Then he recommended arch supports, which I got, but the tendinitis kept flaring up. I decided to call Good Feet to set up an appointment. They were very friendly, empathetic, and confident they could help. We went through the process and it’s been a little more than 3 weeks and it’s been amazing. The tendinitis hasn’t flared up, my hips aren’t hurting, and my balance is improved. I can’t thank them enough!!

I came in for heal pain. We ( my fiance and I) did not wait long when Megan offered to help us. She patiently explained the Good Feet system to us. We walked around in the arch supports. At first it seemed expensive to us but when we learned there is lifetime customer service and replacement arch supports , it was a no-brainer.
