This was my first time in the store. It was absolutely worth every bit of time. The service was amazing. The gentleman that worked with me was kind, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The store was clean, well lit and spacious enough to accommodate my entire family. Mr. Jayvon gave a wonderful demonstration of the products and benefits, which are plentiful! My take away from today was, understanding that our feet is the foundation and if we take care of feet, by wearing proper footwear, then our feet, will be healthy and happy. It was worth the investment!

So far so good just started using 2 weeks ago. Had to go back and change out an insert no issues liked that. We shall see how it goes. My salesman Eric Langolf was very helpful. I'll continue to post as thru the progression of my new inserts.

I’m a nurse of 20 years and have known my feet and spine needed more support. I chose to enter The Good Feet Store not knowing the science behind the product. I had the opportunity to work with Chance, my orthotics educator and representative. He was extremely patient, attentive and knowledgeable as he answered numerous questions. When he completed my evaluation and had answered all my questions, I got to try on the product and take a stroll. I quickly recognized better alignment and balance. I felt immediate relief at pressure points in my feet and less pain in my knees, back and hips. I quickly felt hopeful I could enjoy walking again in a variety of shoes with proper support. There was no hard sale- there were clear explanations, facts and the product speaks for itself. The customer attention and care was very individual and genuine- I was almost in tears realizing this is what I needed for so long. I highly recommend a visit and assessment- and couldn’t recommend working with Chance at the Troy store enough. Our feet are key to a healthy future as we age to help prevent falls, damage to our knees, hips and back as they support the weight of our body. I am 100% satisfied and will share with patients, family and friends about The Good Feet Store!

I gained some very interesting insight here on feet measurements as well as the efficacy of their inserts for day to day walking. Eric was very helpful and informed on overall foot health. Highly recommended.
