We took my brother in law here after he was diagnosed with a medical condition that required custom orthotics. The gentleman that helped us, Christian, was very knowledgeable and professional. We definitely recommend to anyone that needs arch supports.

Melissa did a great job at helping my mother find inserts and shoes that would strengthen her feet and accommodate pain that she’s dealt with for 20+ years. I literally teared up seeing my mother walk in alignment and without pain for the first time in 21 years. Melissa was incredibly helpful and thorough and I would highly recommend seeing here for your footwear needs!

I am a retired professional person with some minor back and knee pain. I went to The Good Feet Store in Camillus, NY. The sales people there were very nice and I had a fitting which included a lengthily sales pitch. At the end, three firm supports and three cushion inserts were recommended for a price of $2,300. I almost choked!!!! I don't mind spending money but I refuse to waste money, and this in my opinion was a complete waste of money. Syracuse Orthopedics Specialist (SOS) was recommended to me and after speaking with a sales consultant I walked out of the office store with one support insert at a total cost of $45.

Christian our arch support specialist was wonderful! I brought my adult son in to learn more about how The Good Feet Store could help him find proper orthotics.Christian was very informative and polite!

I went into the Good Feet Store after limping for a couple years from Major arch pain. Having my foundation compromised translated the pain and discomfort up my body to the major joints. The sales tech was professional and knowledgeable. I walked (not limped) out of the store and have followed the instructions. To my delight, I now walking pain free with no need for a cane.
