After suffering a back injury I had been in severe pain for several days. I arranged an appointment with The Good Health Centre, Roundhay Leeds on the day I called.
During my appointment with Adnaan I was diagnosed, given an initial session of treatment and had everything explained clearly. I now know exactly what the problem is and how to take additional steps in between my appointments to maximise the effect of therapy.
I'm very pleased indeed. Especially as I can feel beneficial effects already.

After suffering from knee and calf pain and very restricted mobility for some weeks I made an appointment with John (physiotherapist) at the Good Health Centre. The centre itself is very welcoming, with a friendly receptionist and a quiet, clean relaxed ambiance.
In terms of treatment John has been excellent. At the first appointment he spent a long time completing a physical examination, and was able to clearly explain what the issue was and why, up this point, it wasnโt improving, and more importantly what the treatment plan would be. Now after three sessions with him, and having carefully followed the movement exercises he prescribed ( which can helpfully be viewed on video) my knee / calf issue is well on the road to recovery and I have most of my mobility back. Iโm in no doubt that further appointments with John will bring my knee back to 100% Iโd definitely recommend him without hesitation ๐

Iโve visited the Good Health Centre many times over the last 20 years, and always had a great experience. Most recently I was treated by one of their newest team members, John Naddaf, who quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue and set up an excellent treatment programme. Heโs very calm, knowledgeable and explained everything extremely clearly, really motivating me to take an active role in my recovery. Fantastic physiotherapist, definitely recommended.

Aisha is very knowledgeable, and has a holistic understanding of the human body . I felt comfortable and safe and got great benefit from the treatment. The clinic has parking on site and on the street and was easy to access. The reception team was welcoming and professional

Lovely experience at the good health centre. The receptionists were very friendly and I loved the cleanliness and atmosphere of the clinic. My osteopath was brilliant and my injury is feeling alot better! Would 100% recommend the good health centre

I would (and have) recommend Aisha over and again. I initially saw her for a mummy MOT and have seen her several times since for various other issues. I fully trust her opinion and treatment. The health centre is always clean and well presented. The colleagues on reception are kind and polite. A million miles from the oestopath I saw in the past.
