The Holy Land Tour had an impact in my relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ! It deepened my understanding of His origin and the more I became spiritually attached. I never thought that I will be able to go to Holyland (Jordan, Israel and Egypt). Every faithfuL MUST go there at least once in their lifetime. Our trip was scheduled on October 26 to November 7, 2024. Before that I was not keen that I will make it to the trip as the typhoon is wrecking havoc in our place and once there is even just Typhoon Signal No. 1 in Calapan City or Batangas there will be no Boat trips from Mindoro to Batangas City. I even tried to go to San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, a 6-8 our ride from our place so I can try to board at CebuPac via San Jose-Manila Route but the trips were also cancelled. When all hopes are gone, I let God! HE literally and figurative removed the typhoon on the 25th of October, faving the way to my unforgettable trip to Holyland. In all those times, Lindella staff were always there monitoring my situation and sending me messages of positivity!

It's our first time to travel in Europe and we had a really great time esp with the assistance of Lindela Travel and Tours. From assisting us in securing our visa to the orientation, eveything is taken care of.
The travel from Rome to Switzerland to France is quite long but with Hannah and Djohn it becane easy and relaxing. It was really an enjoyable trip olus we get to meet a lot of people. I highly recommend Lindela to travellers out there!

I recently had the privilege of joining their Holy Lands Tour, which took me through Jordan, Israel, Palestine, and Egypt, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Lindela provided exceptional service from start to finish. All documents and processes, including visas and permits, were taken care of in advance, making the entire trip seamless and stress-free.

Lindella so far , help me make a historical experience visiting The Holy Land on a pilgrimage. They really met all the finest standard on how to facilitate all the basic and main purpose of a group tour in a easiest , comfortable way that made me fully special , respectable in all places we've been and well protected . I , myself had a great self confidence up to the last day of my tour. Jaycee, one of the best tour guide from Lindella did a relentless job too. I am endorsing the company to all my friends in the U.S. and Australia about the best experience I had from Lindella.

It's my first time to join a Lindela tour and it's for the Life-changing Holy Land tour and I'd say the service and coordination with the agencies in the other countries were great, if not excellent, from even before we left (continuous update via chat & pre-departure briefing), to the check-in on the day of departure and throughout the trip (Jaycee, you're the best!), and whenever we cross borders up to return to PH.
The itinerary was good, though there were changes on the actual day (at the discretion of the tour guide), and unfortunately, we weren't able to visit one sight (Sea of Galilee). We were also informed that it was a walking tour and it was tolerable (just not sure for the more elderly). Also not sure if something could be done with choosing or briefing the tour guides, I understand that they get commission on specific souvernir shops but if they could just do it more discreetly, in particular, the Israeli guide, I find him dishonest at times, for example, making up stories about having to get permission before going to a sight and then would make a stop at a souvenir which happens to be conveniently nearby, or telling us that we would just go for CR, and before we know it, a salesperson is already talking about gemstones as if she was expecting our arrival, the tour guide just left us there!
Also, if the hotels can be nearer to convenience store would be great. I just felt like people were getting tired of the same food each time so having some (local) snacks can help with the palate.
Overall, it was a great experience for me with Lindela, I didn't feel at a loss, I knew I can always contact anyone, fortunately, I didn't have to, our tour leader Jaycee is so approachable and easy to talk to and very, very patient, everyone in the tour can attest to this.
Was the tour life-changing? maybe not for the intended reason of the trip, but it was for me for my own reasons, it was personal to me.
Lastly, I wish to express how thankful I am to Lindela that I was able to afford this tour package bec. of the flexible payment terms. I hope to be able to join another tour with you! Thank you and job well done!

Being a frequent traveler. I would say that Lindela Travel and Tours have exceeded my expectations. The staff are very profesional. My experience with them is worry free!!! Kudos to Lindela . I took the Türkiye tour recently and this is my first time going with this company. In my opinion, this TOUR IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH.
For the price I would expect more, not only the basics. For sure there would be other companies offering the same experience at a much practical price.
First, would expect that the company would have tried the tour package to see for themselves before selling it out to clients. This is not unusual for other companies I tried. This seems to be not the case here hence we were probably the guinea pigs.
Note that I am a seasoned traveller and I am doing this review with comparison to other tour companies both local and international. I am a Filipino residing outside the Philippines.
CONS:
- NO MOBILITY ASSISTANCE. Guests with mobility problems were forced to walk and hike since there are no other options. A cave in Cappadocia was literally claustrophobic and you need to walk while crouching down or hike in cramped spaces. This fact can be disclosed ahead. We have seen other groups who really takes care of their guests with mobility problems by arranging golf carts ahead in one of the locations (not Cappadocia).
- Some of the HOTELS ARE NOT 5 STAR as what it was claimed to be. More like 3 star. Some reception staff cannot communicate well in English and basic requests such as refills of complimentary toiletries in the room (e.g. soap) were not accommodated because the reception cannot understand. In some toilets, there’s mold and calcium deposits on the fixtures. Luggage assistance is only visible on 2 out of the 5 hotels. For reference in twin sharing, you get 1 pillow max.
- DINNER BUFFET at some of the hotels are MEDIOCRE. Term buffet is misleading if it’s only 3-4 dishes.
- BREAKFAST buffet in most of the hotels is fine but in 1 hotel there’s LIMITED FOOD because the hotel has many guests. We have the suspicion that some of the food served is a recycle of the previous night’s dish.
- Some of the ITINERARIES WERE SKIPPED and we were only shown with a “panorama view” which not everyone in the bus can see because it depends where you are sitting. Some changes in the itinerary were done spontaneously during the trip and announced during the drive wherein people are most likely sleeping.
- We spent MAJORITY OF THE TIME ON THE BUS traveling than being on the locations itself.
- NO TOILET IN THE BUS. With frequent long drives, toilet stops were not that evenly spaced in between.
- DINNER CRUISE on the first night IS A WASTE OF TIME. The cruise is not exclusive and mixed with around 100 pax or so in the boat. No sights to see. Food is so so and the entertainment is not entertaining at all in my opinion. I would rather rest in the hotel.
- WATER IS NOT FREE FLOW. 1L bottle to split with 4-5 pax in the table. Even at some of the hotel buffets itself, water is also not always available.
- In some of the hotels & restaurants, there were NO LABELS ON THE FOOD, NO PRECAUTION IN CASE OF ALLERGIES - in western countries, this is normally not acceptable because of the risk of allergies. Real 5 star hotels have this.
- NO TRANSPARENCY on possible extra costs that can be incurred. Some can be identifiable already and a benchmark can be disclosed ahead. This then lead to confusing cash payments on the spot.
Overall it really is not up to par with my experiences with other companies. With the other companies, the disclosures are detailed because it means the welfare of the guests are really considered and taken cared of. This is not the case here. I am just lucky that the group gets along well and we had good camaraderie however this is something the company has no influence on anyway.
