I had a very disappointing experience with SPC Free Zone. I lost 3,000 dirhams because they charged me a license cancellation fee after my establishment card application was rejected. The main issue is that this entire situation could have been avoided if their sales representative, Mafaz Munas, had informed me beforehand about the risk of rejection, which is beyond SPC’s control. Unfortunately, I was not warned at all, and I proceeded in good faith, trusting their guidance. When I reached out to ask why this critical detail was not communicated, Mafaz Munas responded in an obnoxious and unprofessional tone, which only added to my frustration. I feel scammed and deeply regret losing my hard-earned money on something that could have been prevented with proper transparency. After rejection he did not even inform me that there were other ways and reapplication was still possible. I wish I had not fallen for their positive reviews like others have. Please exercise caution and ensure all risks are explained thoroughly before proceeding with SPC Free Zone.

I would like to share my experience with this company. It's been unprofessional. I've repeatedly requested the removal of the broker but they are unable to accommodate this. Adding a partner is also not possible. I really don't recommend working with them at all. They also don’t reply to your emails.

Very very bad experience I was gone first time they take my no and sat me after 20 min ask her she says wait again asking she told me we don't have time to entertain so plzz wait they takes even 2 hours but nobody will come after 2 hours they told me nobody available can u come later
