gotogate scam Don’t book via this scam company. I Booked a flight, but didn’t get the ticket. I called them the next day, and they had a lousy excuse about the payment. They said just wait, you will get your ticket. After one week they said ‘you don’t get your ticket, but just wait, you get your refund’. After weeks and many many phone calls and a lot of e-mails with proof of payment, there is no reaction of them or no refund. Spent many, many hours waiting to get connected to ‘customer service’ to get again and again lie after lie. They take your money and don’t care what trouble they put you in.

Do not issue a refund for canceled flight My flight was canceled by the airline six months ago, and since then, I have been trying to obtain a refund. I contacted the airline, which confirmed that I am entitled to a refund and provided me with written confirmation. I promptly forwarded this information to Gotogate, yet I am still being informed that my ticket was used, and a refund will not be issued. On the day of the cancelation I receiven an email from Gotogate saying that the flight was canceled and they provide me only one option to get a refund. I contacted Gptogate by live chat and they confirmed that i can purchase a new flight and I will get a refund for the canceled flight. And I purchased a new flight myself. Its not.possible that the tickets were used since the flight was camceled and Gotogate confirmed it to me. It was 4 tickets for the whole family. This situation is frustrating and needs to be resolved.

Scammers Hello everyone. I propose to weed out a class action lawsuit and punish these scammers.

RUN. Don't book with this scam company Don't make the mistake booking with this provider! My flights were cancelled and they didnt return my money back until I sent them a lot of emails and called them. I had made two flights for me and my friend. So after 2 weeks of calling and emailing them giving them all details so they can refund me the flights, it felt that they were pretending to 'not understand' so I literally had to send the same email 10 times for them to refund me. BUT they refund me 1 flight only and I had to email them back and forth more than 20 times and for some reason they don't 'understand' again and keep saying my flight was refunded (Even though it was only 1 flight refunded) so I call them for 2 days now and they tell me their system is down and to call again in 2-3 hours. I call them every 3 hours and they say the same. Theyre a scam company. The worst Customer Service I ever had to deal with in any flights so far. I still havent received any refund for my second flight....
