Works as it should I have bought plane tickets from Gotogate a few times by now. Their price tends to be a bit cheaper than the published prices on the airline's website. Everything so far has exactly as it was supposed to.

I do not recommend you to buy tickets through GoToGate Dear Madam, Dear Sir, I am writing in the hope that you can help me. In December 2019, I bought 4 flight tickets on the route Tel Aviv-Bucharest-Cluj Napoca for the dates of 29.05.2020-09.06.2020 for which I paid the amount of $1034 through the company GotoGate, the company that is from Uppsala. The flight was with the Romanian transport company TAROM. On February 21,2020, I received an email from GotoGate that our flight was canceled due to Covid. I had a lot of correspondence with the people from GotoGate and with the people from TAROM to return the money for the plane tickets, but unfortunately I have not received the money for the plane tickets even until today. My prayer is if you can get me the refund of the flight tickets. I have all the documents to prove this. Many thanks and kind regards, Kalderon Samuel

Booking cancelation I booked a flight through you. I received tickets by mail. I arranged everything that needed to be done, added the seats and so on. And then you send me an email that my order has been cancelled. I lost money and time And had to buy more expensive tickets

They charged extra for flexible booking when they are unable to deliver I booked a trip using GotoGate. It seemed easier than dealing with Frontier's website at the time. Gotogate offered flexible booking and charged me extra for the ability to rebook with them up to 24 hours before the departure. When I tried to rebook I waited for an hour in a live chat qeue just to be told the operator would need to escalate the case because they could not do it. Two days later I get an email saying that I needed to call because of the complexity of rebooking it could not be done by chat. I called, waited for 1 hour and had to hang up. Called again, this time I endured a two hours wait. Long story short phone person also had to escalate. Several days of follow ups by chat and asking for a supervisor I got a call saying that the airline does not allow agencies to rebook. Being charged for a service they couldnt provide bothered me but not as much as having wasted so much time to find out. They could have just told me that the first day. I would still be upset about being deceived and scammed but I probably wouldnt feel the need to come here and leave a review. They wouldnt give me a refund or anything. I went directly to the airline and solved my problem in minutes. It ended up costing me the money I thought I was saving with Gotogate but Ive learned my lesson wont trust an agency again.

The fact that you cannot cancel within 24h free of charge is criminal They charge an 88$ handling fee to cancel within 24h of booking. How is this even legal? I think this is a completely unnecessary red flag to all customers.

Hidden fees After paying for your ticket, you have to pay for your seats, too! I clicked "no" for all for-a-fee additions, so I have no idea what this travel experience will be like.
