From start to finish I was very happy with how our kitchen remodel went using United Marble, Granite & Tile.

In the showroom, Jessica was friendly and patient as we went through the process of selecting our countertop. She was always contactable and did a great job of communicating around logistics and timings.

Al and his team did an awesome job with the install and both he and partner Jacob happily came back for no additional charge to do a couple of minor tidy up jobs.

United also coordinated tiling for the backsplash and that too was an excellent job.

In short, quality people, quality work and a good price. Can highly recommend!

While shopping for granite for our kitchen remodel I found United Marble Granite and Tile. Jessica was our contact person and was great to work with. Everything started going sideways on our first in home contact for measurements of our kitchen. Jacob (real name Yakup Kilic) who I recently found out is the owner raised his voice at me, told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and to basically "shut up." My husband reached out to Jessica to advise her of the behavior and she apologized. About a week later Jacob and another man came to install the countertop, they broke it and damaged 2 of my new cabinets. Jacob immediately started raising his voice at me until I let him know my husband was both watching and listening through our camera. Yesterday was the second attempt at installation of the countertop where again Jacob was rude, raising his voice, telling me he lost money because of me, etc. Honestly I just wanted him out of my home after being insulted so many times. I called and spoke to Jessica again this morning and that's when I found out that the behavior is excused by his culture as he's from Turkey and also the owner so it stops there. Long story short, if you use this company either make sure Jacob isn't the installer or make sure a man is home because he has an abusive nature towards women. Had I known Yakup Kilic aka Jacob was the owner after the first visit during measurements I would have canceled my order. Buyers who will have a female home alone with this man please beware. He's verbally abusive to women. The apology from Jessica was excusing his behavior because he's from Turkey and his culture. Being rude and disrespectful to a customer in their home should never be acceptable. The co-owner reached out to my husband for "our side of the story" but didn't contact me, I was the one home during the incidents. I should also mention that not only did we have cameras in our home but our contractors were here on 2 occasions. Two of our countertops are short on the overhang because he went with a standard measure when these 2 cabinets had to be shimmed from the wall. The seam in our countertop is raised and not smooth. I would completely steer clear of this company.

Jessica and Jacob were phenomenal to work with! They made the selection process feel seamless and within 30 minutes from leaving the warehouse, they had a quote available to review. The order came in so quickly and Javier did a fantastic job with the countertop installation. So grateful for their business!

We had a fantastic experience with United Marble. We were initially hesitant because their quote was significantly lower than other companies. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the entire process. Communication was excellent, the install crew was professional and friendly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. We highly recommend United Marble to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen countertops.

We had UMG&T fabricate our new calcite (crystal) countertop for our kitchen and we also had them install our new backsplash. We couldn't be happier ... the project turned out beautifully! Jessica was our primary contact and did an excellent job! She is very pleasant and helpful and stayed in constant communication with us until the project was finished. Also, Jacob and his crew did a great job with challenging material to install. Crystal is not easy and is fragile but it's what we wanted and makes our kitchen pop! We love it. I highly recommend UMG&T. Great people to work with. See the photos for the end result.

Be very careful dealing with these people, we had a very bad experience with them, not to be trusted.

I gave 3 stars because I was charged $80-$93 sqft, and the installer didn’t caulk the countertop. Not sure if it’s sealed either. However, I bought an investment property in Waycross GA and getting countertops was difficult. Home Depot was by far cheaper but to far out in schedule, so I was hoping after the 2nd time contacting United, they’d agree to take job and they did. It was easy and a life saver just costly!😭

We have used Untied Marble for multiple projects. We would never go to another place . They treat us like family every time and their work is amazing. One time , professional and beautiful end result every project.

It was a wonderful experience working with United MGT. They were so friendly and professional. Turn around time was amazing and the job was done to perfection! Jessica was our first contact - so friendly and personable! Jacob did accurate measurements, and the installation crew were fast, efficient, and clean. What more could you ask for! We are so impressed with the beauty of our new countertops. Far more beautiful than we imagined them to be. From the moment we walked in the showroom, we were greeted like family and were shown so many options. The timing was truly exceptional, in a matter of days we had our counters installed and communication was just so easy. Best customer service around Jacksonville for sure! Jacob, Jessica, Wilson and everyone else involved were all excellent. Highly recommend United Marble Granite & tile. Our kitchen still a working progress but at least the best part is already done by the best.

I shopped around a bit but I'm glad that I found United Marble Granite & Tile. Jessica and Jacob are an amazing team. Customer service was 5 starts, they were patient with me and helped me make decisions with their experience and expertise when I didn't know what to do. They also have a few local stone shops they work closely with that have additional slabs if you want to see them and hand pick your slabs. I changes my mind on colors a few times but Jessica handled it gracefully and quickly sent over updated estimates for the changes I'd made. Jacob is warm and personable and truly cares that you are happy with their work before he takes final payment. I wouldn't think twice to do business with them and neither should you! Oh and their prices were amazing (better than home depot, with a much easier process since they handle the countertop from end to end: material, measurements, custom cuts and installation).

Jacob, Al and Jessica have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Jacobs passion for his product was apparent the moment we stepped into the showroom. We love our quartz and cannot recommend this company enough. Great product and great people.
