Tax NOT advisor, worst company to have ever had the displeasure dealing with, non existant customer support claiming they had a huge backlog that they themself create with submitting false information. Clearly do not know what they're doing and then avoid all responsibility when HMRC declines

Beware, Daniel mark Robinson,the company director of "Green jellyfish has just resigned from Complete care advisory on the 29th july 2024. This company, CCC, who you can no longer contact has shut down, they claim to make R&Development claims on your behalf only for HMRC to say the claim was invalid you then have to pay back any refund received however, this is after having already paid CCC advisory a significant sum, this you have lost.
Please read all the other negative views before alowing yourself to become embroiled in this sordid affair.

FRAUDSTERS AND SCAMMERS
Company is a massive fraud and a scam part of impact scam group Purple panda, roger Hopkins, Morgan woods, Aston berry, Aston shaw and Hera Smart( based in South Africa) led by Sotiris CHRISTOPHI ( went to a competitors house and threatened them at there house) and Nicola Ann COLK now resigned as of 2nd July in the hopes her fraudulent actions will go away when HMRC complete there investigation, fraudster has closed social media in hopes of hiding.
Spoken with dozens of staff and they have told me the below.
All same fraudulent directors listed on same companies, luckily half have gone bust recently.
Company calls you saying you qualify for free money then have to pay it back and they keep there STAY AWAY.
Soon to air on the one and only BBC last thing you want is HMRC to launch and fill investigation into your books for using this scam group. Based at NR1 1BY, here are some photos of the scammers for you to be aware of!

My company lost tens of thousands trusting what this company said.
I was audited by HMRC following a grant submission by Green Jellyfish and had to repay everything - Green Jellyfish DO NOT repay any money they take for the submission and you are left on your own to deal with HMRC

Would rather swim with sharks than risk being stung by this group of scammers.Been fined penalties by HMRC for taking sham advice. They now have a whole host of different Companies pretending to offer the same services along wIth a host of bogus accountant firms that they have bought up to defend against the claims they make!

Hats off to these guys. Committing fraud in broad daylight. HMRC must laugh their socks off when an R&D claim comes through from this company as they know it will be fake.
Unfortunately, I didn't find reviews of Green Jellyfish until my own R&D they persuaded me to submit were rejected.
Hard lesson learned but hopefully other won't be caught out after reading this.

An utterly dreadful and extremely stressful experience that has left us severely out of pocket.

They will brain wash you into thinking you’re eligible for a R and D tax credit. Large fees paid from a so called no win no fee. But after HMRC pay they will ask for it back with penalties. And you will be left with paying all back including the fee that was deducted. Dont be fooled.

Extremely poor after service. They get you the claim from Hmrc but do not provide you the evidence of how they claimed. Be very very careful

I had a good experience using GJ and was happy with what I got back from the claim. Not had any issues with HMRC. I can't complain!

Can’t take hint to stop ringing. I’ve unfortunately had to be abusive. And it’s a scam. They will claim for anything then when hmrc come knocking they won’t want to know.
