Had great experience with Ridwan from start to finish. When I called GTA Vacuum regarding my central vac repair, Ridwan scheduled a visit right away. On arrival he checked the Central Vac unit and explained in detail the different options. So I could make an informed decision. I knew right away that he has a lot of experience in this field. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, personable, fast and friendly. He went above and beyond to find a solution for my central vac. Exceptional service. Ridwan worked with us to install a central vac for use throughout our house. He was incredibly responsive and hardworking. We live in an older house and he had to make several attempts to be able to run the system on all three floors. He even came back on the weekend for a second day since the job took longer than expected. Very happy with the customer service and very fair on price. Overall very satisfied and would recommend working with Ridwan.

Ridwan took the time to explain all options and products to me that would be a great fit for my home. He ensured the installation went well and took the necessary time so be didn't cut corners and did a great job. He also ensured to go over everything afterwards to ensure I wad happy with the install and how to use the products. Overall I am very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him.

GTA Vacuum and Ridwan were an incredible pleasure to work with. His product knowledge and service is bar none. He takes the time to discuss all options, maps it out so no errors, and then gets to work. Great problem solving skills as well in case an unexpected situation arises. I’m extremely satisfied with the product he recommended and the quality of his work. Again, his service is exceptional and he even dropped by a couple of times to make sure everything was working smoothly.
I would highly recommend GTA vacuum and Ridwan for any central vac product/service. It’s great to come across someone that takes pride in their work and does the job like it’s their own home.
