Just wanted to thank Your team for the wonderful tour package to Georgia from 27th March to 31st March 2025.
Everything was covered as per the itinerary and well planned.

*Feedback for the travel guide (Goga)*

1. He guided us properly to all the places and covered every places according to the itinerary (Even more)
2. Timing - Punctual he was on-time always
3. And his guidance for time management and to buy souvenirs were really appreciated
4. He supported us to communicate with locals and to get best out of best to save our time and money
5. Goga's Guidance for restaurants was really good and we enjoyed local food & beverages a lot
6. Vehicle condition - Very good (as promised)
7. Driving of tour guide - Average, Should be more careful and make sure the comfort of travelers

As a point of improvement, I would say he could have been more engaged with us by talking and communicating with us,
if so it would have been more comfortable for us too.

*Feedback for the Hotel*

1. The hotel was good and equipped with all the requirements
2. House keeping service was excellent (it was done daily basis)
3. Front office process was super easy
4. Breakfast - Fantastic and they changed the menu everyday to keep it exciting
5. Cleanliness - Excellent

*Airline*

1. Airarabia is the best budget friendly airline we have ever travelled with.

My experience was very good. Sarah helped with everything, she was polite and responsive . We successfully got our visas to Spain

It was a lovely trip from start to finish with well organized itinerary, hotel booking and very helpful local guide. Definitely reach out to them if you are planning for a trip 😁

I want to express how satisfied I am with the trip, as I always travel, but this is the first time I really enjoyed it.
