Trinity has been really helpful with my journey through counselling with every problem I’ve stumbled across. My mental health has progressively gotten better and I’m really grateful for the help so far. As someone who didn’t have a positive outlook on therapy before I started, I can really say that mindset has changed and I’d really recommend to anyone who’s struggling, to reach out.

I have no hesitation in recommending Trinity @ Halcyon Councelling. My partner and I have made very encouraging advances in understanding and communicating with each other. This has been a much needed solution for us both, Trinity is able to "read between the lines" to get to the centre of issues, and make suggestions to resolve any "road blocks" We are fortunate to have discovered this much needed councelling service.

I found Trinity to be caring, open, honest and thoughtful in regards to my counselling. She made me feel at ease during my Timeline Therapy as she guided me through the various stages. Her calm and respectful manner in which we discussed personal items assists in working through challenges and concerns I have. Thank you Trinity.

I started going to Trinity because 50yrs of bottled up trauma caught up with me . She had a seriously hard Job to get me to even talk because I had major trust issues. Trinity is such a beautiful caring and genuine person , and has changed my life . I seriously can't thank her enough.

Since my first visit with Trinity, I knew she was spot on! I left her office with answers not with paper work. Halcyon Counselling is not a "Psy experience". It is a readjustment, a rescue remedy, a place to learn How to simply feel better. This is a five stars recommendation !
