Great service, purchased long length of wood but needed to arrange collection. Cut into pieces for us and packaged so easier to collect, Quick turn around and great customer service, shout out to Jake who was extremely helpful through whole process.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough went there yesterday after being let down on some cladding on a garden room project thay not only beat the price I was already paying but also hot the timber out to site 1st thing the very next day also driver was excellent helped unload to a property that isn't the greatest for access will be only using these guys in future projects excellent company

A company true to customer service and satisfaction. After a couple of issues, no fault of Halcyon, the gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to help me remedy the problem. If you need a timber merchant you really shouldn't look further than here. Great prices, great quality materials, and a rare occurance for this day and age, impeccable customer service!
