Great clinic with friendly and experienced team. I wanted my surgery done in the UK and found the clinic on Google. Process started with virtual consultations with patient advisor and then with the surgeon. FULL costs were given up front, with good finance options available. On the day I designed a new hairline with the surgeon and ended up getting about 1600 grafts iirc, which was good value for money. Clear pre- and post-op instructions given and recovery has gone as expected. Now waiting patiently for regrowth :) - Grant

My experience with Harley Street Hair Transplant has been fantastic straight from my first communication on 27/04/24 which was about my eyebrow hair transplant with the amazingly lovely Sara (Lead Patient Advisor). Was only 3 days later my free consultation via video call with the amazing Doctor Mohammed Ditta. Dr Ditta has a great energy and shows his compassion and confidence on helping me to get the confidence back from total eyebrow hair loss, which I never deemed possible. He was very informative of the procedure that was being held in Manchester clinic and putting me at ease by answering all my questions. So as of 20/06/24 I am now on day 5 post op and it has been a journey. Sara has been with me every step of the way answering all questions, checking in on me regularly and supporting me through this process. Day of procedure was so settling that I didn’t have time to be over thinking. The very cheerful warm welcoming lady at the front of house on entry to then being greeted by harley street hair transplant director Yannis who is great, he was funny, welcoming and just so caring, being supportive throughout the whole procedure popping in checking on me and even helping me exit building after procedure which to me is a company of kindness. Dr Ditta in person was fantastic with warm energy and patience he explained everything in detail ensuring my comfort throughout the procedure and his two lovely girls on his team were amazing. He ensured I had an understanding of the after care process to ensure best results and ensuring support from the company if anything is needed. Still having regular communication ensuring my recovery is still going well, which is it!! Confident in my eyebrow hair transplant journey!

If anyone is thinking big having this procedure done I would highly recommend it to be done here. I’m so excited to see the new hair growth starting and it’s only 3 mths since the procedure. The surgeon was absolutely first class and the after care is amazing. Regular check ups and in between checks you can pick the phone up and speak to them even if it’s just for reassurance.

I visited the clinic near Manchester a little over a month ago and have been very happy with the service to date. It's too early to see the results yet but I am pretty optimistic as it all went to plan. The engagement before, during and after was faultless. Quick responses to any queries and good after care/follow up. The day itself, as expected, is quite long and be prepared for possible swelling after. The first few days after it were a little rough, but that was explained to me before hand. That said, i was up and out and about by day 3 and worked from home OK throughout all of it. The surgery itself went well and I was very impressed with Dr Tetiana and her team, they helped a long day go as best as can be expected, worked hard and were good company throughout. Sara has also followed up regularly since. Very happy to recommend and good luck!

Very happy with the process so far. With a busy schedule I wasn’t too sure about taking 2 weeks of work but we managed to get the procedure booked within a month or so of my initial consultation so I was able to plan around it all easily. The team were very helpful in assessing my aims and suitability for the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns. They also offered the use of a facility in Manchester which I preferred so I wouldn’t have to use public transport post procedure. The procedure itself was a little uncomfortable at the start but I understand this is completely normal until the numbing kicks in. Both Dr Ditta and the two technicians were very experienced and comforting during the procedure. They handled my complications easily and I knew I was in safe hands. I had initially been looking at 1900 grafts but when we sat down to design my hairline more grafts were needed and I had a healthy donor area so we upped it to 2500 grafts at no additional cost. Currently on day 12 post procedure but the scabs came off on day 10 ahead of schedule, my aftercare routine was explained clearly and I was given everything I needed. My advice to anyone considering a transplant is that the procedure itself and the day after are a little rough but worth it. It’s definitely a big factor knowing your surgeon is experienced and you’re in good hands. I’ve recommended the team to friends of mine who are considering the procedure and would encourage people to use the team at the Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinics.

Would highly recommend. Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with was so friendly and helpful. I had help with travel and accommodation and i was so well looked after before, during and after the procedure. I'm very thankful and now just waiting for the results.

TLDR: Seems like good customer service at first but only want your money, no aftercare/follow ups once the treatment is done. Below par transplant coverage. Had a FUE transplant in August 2021 after the initial consultation in June 2021. Kevin was really helpful at the start and had speedy replies to any questions I had. The first red flag was when the date of my transplant was moved during the week it was meant to be happening, even though I had booked a hotel to stay for the date that was originally agreed. During the pre transplant review with Dr Karla, he highlighted that the hairline would have hair implanted but the crown wouldn’t be worked on and would require PRP treatment (additional treatment at additional cost) even though during the initial consultation I had highlighted that the crown area was a concern and Kevin had agreed this would be included in the transplant. During the treatment everything was fine and went well. In the days following the transplant I was messaged to leave a review multiple times, without obviously knowing the results of the transplant as it would take months to grow in, so it would be interesting to know how many of the reviews left here are still accurate. Apart from these messages to leave a review there was no communication and no word of any after care or follow up appointments. After around 6 months I had seen a lot of growth in the areas where the hair had been transplanted but there were some areas I was concerned about, there seemed to be a gap between the new transplanted hairs and my original hairline, like the area hadn’t been properly filled. I messaged Kevin with these concerns and he advised me to wait until it has been a year since the transplant to see full growth and then get back in contact. After the year it was clear there was areas which had not been fully filled and as per the initial contract I requested a second transplant to fill in these areas which hadn’t been given the full cover. It took multiple messages and phone calls before I could get a hold of Kevin and even more messages until I finally could get an agreed date for the second transplant. The date of the second transplant was changed the week of, again. In the pre transplant consultation with Dr Karla informed me I should have been receiving the PRP treatment since my first transplant, something that was never offered to me after the first transplant as there was no communication. The second transplant was a waste of time as it was as if no effort was put into to give even remotely enough coverage. Select areas were done and others were left with single hairs transplanted in which seemed completely pointless and I went through the hassle of a transplant to effectively gain no additional coverage where it was needed. Again after the transplant there was zero communication, no follow up appointments or aftercare. I’ll definitely need another transplant in the near future and I definitely won’t be going back here. It seems like they try to get as any customers through the door as possible then don’t care about the them afterwards. I’m sure there are much better places in the UK or would definitely be worth getting the job done properly in Turkey.

Very few can deliver a professional service whilst ensuring that all clients receive first -class personalised treatment, turning what can be a daunting experience into something of relative ease. Both Kevin, Dr Karla, and their surgical team certainly did this (and then some!) Once my mind was made up to have hair loss treatment, I was keen to get my transplant done asap. Kevin exceeded all my expectations with this - it’s hard to believe that my journey from first consultation to surgery happened in the space of one month. Efficiency did not stop there - on the day of surgery, my transplant was completed in less than 6 hours, all the while ensuring that I was comfortable and pain-free. Security is the best word that comes to mind to describe Dr Karla’s care -you know you’re in experienced hands! Now I can look forward to the results over the next few months, with the added peace of mind that the Harley Street Clinic team are only a phone call or email away to address any concerns. They will be the first name I will recommend to anyone looking for effective hair loss treatment, and I hope to make use of their service again in the future should I need it.

I got a hair transplant and PRP for my hair. Im 19 years old and it’s the best decision I made so far. Manchester hair transplant clinic have been amazing. They were brilliant at welcoming me into getting a hair transplant and amazing at doing the job right. I will defiantly be going to them later on in my life if/when another is needed due to my age. I would highly recommend their service to anyone interested 😊

I was quite scared before going into surgery, but Dr kalra reassured me the procedures were straight forward and easy going. And he was amazing and so were the team. Everyone was polite and professional and I will recommend this team to anybody else :)

Just recently had my hair transplant and I'm very pleased with the service I have received. Kevin has been very helpful from the first consultation and is always happy to answer any questions or worries you might have. The day of the surgery went well with Dr Kalra and his team. You can tell Dr Kalra is really passionate about his work he went through everything so I knew what to expect and took his time to mark out my new hairline until we was both happy with it. He's a nice guy and very professional, his team are also very friendly and all the girls did a great job. Thank you everyone I'm really looking forward to seeing the results in the coming months.
