Fantastic products, couldn’t live without them batt system they have pioneered. Topped off with amazing customer service with great responses to my daft questions. In a world of AI and call centres, I can only commend them and highly highly recommend this family run business.

I ordered a Russian doll batt system... My wheel head isn't standard.. But following the measuring guide provided...it has been bespoke made and fits perfectly... No extra charge than the off the shelf ones.... Very happy. Excellent

I wanted to order classic russian doll batt system and couldn’t be sure about my measurements so i postponed my order for months but the customer service is another level, they are approachable, friendly and seems like they do their best to help me and they did actually help me. I made my order in few days after using their measuring file and other suggestions and i am waiting for it to arrive. Hope the rest of the process goes well too with the customs and shipment etc:)

They allowed me to visit their premises to see the products first hand. I met the Manager Stuart and Customer Service lady Imogen and the packer whose name I sadly forget but equally lovely. And then when I got home and unpacked the parcel I was amazed at how well it was packed. It was a truly lovely experience from beginning to end. I have started using the products already. I have been following their IG for a while and bought my first bat system for my Shimpo Whisper early last year. I absolutely love the products. There is nothing like that in Australia, at least not at that quality. I just placed a big order with them a few weeks ago and did a last minute changes on the shipping destination yesterday. Imogen and Amanda were wonderful and helped me by listening and accommodating my request via emails. I couldn't thank them enough and this is why I always try to support small business. As an ex-online business owner for the past 17 years (not pottery related), I certainly know how important is customer service. They have definitely done a great job. Thank you once again :)

Over the wheel batt system Fantastic quality manufacturing Purchased after a long time doubting the way it holds in place but absolutely delighted with how the batts grip to the wheel and quick change inserts mean you can keep throwing again and again. Had to change the order slightly, nothing was too much trouble. Had ordered a cheap batt system from Amazon - really bad quality fit so returned it. Brilliantly packaged sent by Royal Mail NOT some cheap and nasty courier. Fabulous quality product cannot recommend enough.

Super company, whose products have changed my throwing life! Bought the 'Russian doll' system, which is so ingenious, allowing all different sizes of base to be thrown on the appropriate tile, lifted off the wheel still on the tile, and then left to dry - best of all, the top-notch material used means that once the pot is dry it just lifts off, leaving a lovely smooth base. Saves so much time! And no more attempting to wire off without ruining the pot. I hesitated a little over the price but really, it's totally worth it. I have now bought the Big Batt, allowing me to make plates in the same sort of way. Last but by no means least, the service is top notch; very helpful chat with actual people available before ordering, and quick dispatch. A great British company!
