Family vacation with unexpected emergency My family of 6 were staying in La Romana and this car service was fantastic. They were there at the airport waiting with our name so we knew where to go. During our stay one of the family had a medical emergency and ended up in the hospital for a couple of days from needing surgery and some of the family ended up extending our stay for an extra 6 days in Punta Cana while the rest went home. Henry and Glenn were there for us the whole time with extra transfers numerous more times during our stay. Any time we called for rides to the hospital and back to the resort they were there immediately for whenever we needed. It was a relief knowing we did not have to worry about transportation along with everything else that was going on. The prices were reasonable and their staff also went above and beyond. We will forever be grateful for their help and would definitely recommend their services to anyone visiting. Sisters Sara and Stephanie in North Carolina

Professional service!!! Excellent service! Very professional. Good communication. Mr Glend speak both languages, English and Spanish, very fluent. Drivers are very careful and respectful. I highly recommend them without doubt. Tip: There is WI - FI in the airport for free, so You can conet your device and comunícate with them by Whatsapp.

Friendly, Safe and Outstanding Service Edwin picked us up from the Hilton for our return trip to Punta Cana airport. We were very happy to see he was also in a mask and to hear his vehicle had been sanitized for our ride. He was on time, connected with us before our departure day and got us to the airport on time and safely. WHEN we return to Punta, we will definitely request Edwin as our driver.

Excellent & Responsive Service! Wonderful service! Especially from our driver Edwin, who picked us up on time with a clean van and encouraged the teenagers to connect their music through his Bluetooth so they could jam out. He made a couple of stops en route for snacks and drinks. The catamaran and speedboat were great and the staff were very entertaining and caring. Our kids scraped their hands on some rocks and they cleaned the cuts. Good times, caring and accommodating staff! Highly recommended!

Worth The Money Great experience riding one the beautiful beach after an open air truck ride thru the country. Guides were amazing. Make sure you take money to tip and for pictures.
