My experience has been pretty mixed. Communication could be a bit spotty with the team however I am lucky that my sales person Deniz was very good in finding the right help. Pickup service was fantastic with the Mercedes car. Drivers were very polite and friendly despite not speaking English. Help in the hospital was rather mixed and/or lacking. When there was the English-speaking manager, you would be in good shape. Otherwise best of luck. At the end of the day, I rated Dr Cinik hospital five star because they knew what they were supposed to do - aka help you with your baldness or hair issue. It was my fourth month and I have seen massive improvement in the implant area. All my friends praised the major change on my hairline. The experience was not smooth at all but the final outcome spoke for itself. Thank you Dr Cinik and team.

The best hair transplant

The best experience in a very professional manner! I did a full beard implant in Istambul, the transfer, accomodation/hotel, the implant procedure and staff approach were over my expectations. The consultation with Dr.Cinik were very professional and friendly at the same time, which helped me to understand everything. Moreover, the post-operation team were in touch with me during the curing period, making sure I-am ok. Also, Dr.Cinik products helped a lot for the post-operation period. In conclusion I do recommend Dr.Cinik clinic in any matter for the professionalism and high standards services. Well done and thank you, Dr.Cinik.

Μονο κ μόνο που μιλάνε με αγένεια στο τηλ είναι αρκετό. Πήρα να μάθω κάποιες τιμές κ η κυρια στο τηλ δεν είχε καθόλου τρόπους σχεδον μου εκλεισε το τηλ .. Επίσης αυτό που παρατηρώ στις κριτικές σας είναι ότι σε όσους σας κάνουν κακες κριτικές χρησιμοποιείτε πάντα την ίδια απάντηση: ότι δεν σας βρίσκουμε στ αρχεία μας .Ενώ σε όσους κάνουν καλές κριτικές μια χαρά τους βρίσκεται στ αρχεία σας .

Everything was good so far

I can warmly recommend DR Cinik clinic, good clear information before the operation, good information and honest answer with condition and number of hair follicles which is unique for each person. once I got to the plsts I was taken care of very well, was picked up at the airport plsts and transported to the clinic first and performed tests etc then transported to the hotel. the day of the surgery itself worked perfectly clear info and very caring staff, the medical team was very professional and friendly asking all the time how to mpdde. and after the surgery, I found out that they get 1275 hair follicles more than they thought before I came to them. so instead of 3000 grafts, there were 4275 grafts. now all that remains is to wait to see the results after 12 months. I am also satisfied with after information and the post office team who inform clearly and you get a good response after the operation itself, they explain and answer everything. can warmly recommend DR cinik

We went to get a hair transplant for my husband. The clinic and team are beyond amazing, they were supportive and very experienced. The procedure was smooth and the results have been incredible. We went back after a year and they even offered free PRP.

Best Decision in my life! I am over the moon with having my hair transplant done at Dr Cinik. The customer Service was fantastic. Everyone knew who I was and everything worked like clock work. I am now 14 days post surgery and the results are fantastic. I honestly felt no pain, definitely recommend being sedated, it just make the whole process more comfortable. Greffe effectuée il y’a plus de 10 jours. Très bonne prise en charge du début à la fin. L’opération s’est déroulée pratiquement sans douleurs, l’équipe est minutieuse et sympathique! Pour le résultat il faut être patient, alors je reviendrai dans 6 mois pour vous faire part du résultat!

ΔΕΝ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΩ ΤΗΝ ΚΛΙΝΙΚΗ ΑΥΤΗ ΑΝ ΘΕΛΕΤΕ ΝΑ ΠΑΤΕ ΚΑΠΟΥ ΠΟΥ ΔΙΝΟΥΝ ΠΡΟΤΑΙΡΕΟΤΗΤΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΙΚΑΝΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΠΕΛΑΤΗ ΚΑΙ ΦΕΡΟΝΤΑΙ ΜΕ ΣΕΒΑΣΜΟ! Η εμπειρία μου στην κλινική για λιποαναρρόφηση με λέιζερ στα γόνατά μου ήταν το λιγότερο απογοητευτική. Είχα πάντα πρόβλημα με το λίπος γύρω από τα γόνατα και ήμουν πολύ ξεκάθαρη σχετικά με το αποτέλεσμα που ήθελα να πετύχω. Μου διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα είχα το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα, και γι' αυτό αποφάσισα να προχωρήσω στη διαδικασία. Είχα δηλώσει σαφώς ότι αν δεν ήταν εφικτό να έχω αυτό το αποτέλεσμα, δεν θα έκανα την επέμβαση, καθώς δεν είχα καμία όρεξη να πληρωνω σχεδόν 2,500€ και να μπω στην διαδικασία ανάρωσης. Δυστυχώς, το αποτέλεσμα δεν ήταν καθόλου αυτό που ζήτησα ή αυτό που μου είπαν ότι θα είναι(έχω και μήνυμα απο την Μάνατζερ πριν την επέμβαση που μου λέει΄να μην ανησυχώ γιατί ''θα φανεί πολύ'') . Όταν προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω απο κοντά μαζί τους και εξέφρασα τα παράπονά μου, αντιμετώπισα πλήρη αδιαφορία και ασέβεια. Μου είπαν ότι το αποτέλεσμα είναι αυτό που μου είχαν πει από την αρχή, ότι δεν μπορούσαν να αφαιρέσουν πολύ λίπος από την περιοχή, κάτι που είχα ξεκαθαρίσει από την αρχή ότι αν ίσχυε, δεν θα έμπαινα στη διαδικασία. Η συμπεριφορά τους, και κυρίως της Μάνατζερ τους στο κατάστημα στην Γλυφάδα, ήταν απιστευτα αγενής και υποτιμητική κατά την άποψη μου. Αρχικά μου είχε πει ότι το αποτέλεσμα θα ήταν πολύ εμφανές, αλλά στην πραγματικότητα δεν ήταν καθόλου έτσι. Με έκαναν να νιωσω ότι η γνώμη μου δεν είχε καμία σημασία για αυτούς. Είναι η μοναδική κλινική στην οποία έχω πάει που και έχω νιώσει οτι δεν ενδιαφέρεται καθόλου για την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη καθώς δεν έδειξαν καμία διάθεση να με αποζημιώσουν ή να βρουν κάποια λύση. Δυστυχώς, αυτή ήταν η προσωπική μου εμπειρία και δεν θα συνιστούσα την κλινική σε κανέναν. Ένιωσα απόλυτα ασέβεια και απογοήτευση. Εφόσον δεν ακούστηκε η γνώμη μου με τους ίδιους, ούτε βρήκανε μια λύση ή αποζημίωση, το μόνο που μπορώ να κάνω ειναι να προστατεύσω και άλλα άτομα απο το να έχουν παρόμοια εμπειρία.

I should say that after all my research before undergoing and choosing the right one for my hair transplant the best decision was to choose DR. CINIK was the best . It was a very smooth experience. And till now the results are perfect . I would always recommend dr cinik to every one . The staff is very professional and friendly that the whole time Of surgery they took fantastic care of me .

Just back in Uk after 3rd Visit to Dr Cinik where i had a top dental bridge of 8 crowns replaced. Service is second to non and Sami organised everything with ease from start to finish. Its always an enjoyable experience and all of the staff are extremely kind ,helpful and Friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Quite surfing the net for deals etc. Come here and get the job done properly ,the hair transplant and dental work ive received here has been excellent . But i might add their aftercare is second to none. Rest assured if you use this clinic you won't go wrong

Mein Freund hat sich hier die Zähne machen lassen. Mir ist als Kind ein kleines Stück meines Schneidezahns abgebrochen, was sie mir hier auch repariert haben. Ich finde die Klinik ist super! Die Ärzte und das Team sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Definitiv eine Empfehlung :)
