Dr. Marchelle is an amazing chiropractor! She listens to you and takes a wholistic approach to solve what is causing issues and pain. Ten years ago I was in so much pain. I could not lay down on my back and daily movement and activities were impacted. Today, I am pain free, able to participate in any activity and exercise again! Dr. Marchelle is all about helping the patient!!!

I go to Health is Wealth Wellness Center for all my adjustments and laser treatments. Dr Simmons is an excellent chiropractor. I highly recommend the Wellness Center. My experience at this facility was far the best treatment I have received from a Doctor professionally as well as personably. Dr. Marchelle intake was remarkable, her explanation of what her practice does was clear and concise. I have had sciatica back/leg pain since 2007, in which I was hospitalized, given tons of pain meds, and being told surgery was my only option. Since then I have learned to manage my pain independently, but as I get older, surgery is still not an option for me. I met this wonderful chiropractor named Dr. Marchelle Simmons, and I have decided that this medical treatment is going to be the solution for my back/leg pain. I must say that after all of the preliminary test on day one, a laser procedure was performed instead of an alignment, and it was awesome. I went into the office with left side sciatica pain and after the procedure I felt wonderful. Yes, she told me how long the benefits would be for that procedure, and she also stated our plan of action going forward which will include a variety of in-house treatments that will help me move forward to a better quality of day to day life! Thank you so much Dr. Simmons!

Dr. Simmons is the truth!! She is very sweet and knowledgeable. She parters with exercise and physical therapist for full spectrum treatment options. I definitely recommend for preventative and recovery sessions!

Dr. Simmons is amazing! It is such a welcoming atmosphere, and I feel so much better every time that go. She really works hard and wants her clients to feel their best. I really love that fact that Dr. Simmons focuses on wellness. With that being said, Alisha is the in-house Massage Therapist (she is amazing and works wonders), and Chris is the in-house PT Specialist (he is amazing and helps strengthen your muscles). It’s such a great team that promotes positivity. I’m extremely fortune that I found her, and I highly recommend coming to Health is Wealth!

I have seen 2 other chiropractors 1 naprapathic since my back problems started. Dr. Simmons is my third chiropractor that I have seen and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. She is very personable, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable in the area of chiropractic. I have been working with her for a few months now and my back has been feeling a lot better. She explained my x-rays to me when they were taken so I understood what was going on with my back and why we were doing the things we were doing to better my health.

Dr. Marchelle Simmons is one of the most talented chiro practitioners I've had the pleasure of meeting and being treated by. Her practice is warm, welcoming, and certainly has a family and friends practice vibe. Everyone, including the patients are very cool with positive attitudes. The clinic atmosphere reminds me of the old 80's television show, "Cheers" where everybody knows your name and are always glad you came for treatment. Dr. Simmons is all about the promotion of clear and concise patient education and its value to our care as patients. I like this because I've been in other clinics where I felt lost and wasn't being given education about my issues and how chiropractic care is benefitting me. I like how Dr. Simmons explains while working/adjusting. She is a total multi tasker. Overall, I give the practice a 5 star because Dr. Simmons has built her practice around a standard of care that includes the patient. The practice has a lot to offer without feeling overwhelmed. It's small, but well maintained and organized, and there's no congestion or waiting patients.
