If you feel stressed, lost, terrified (or all combined!) about getting a mortgage, they will put your mind at peace. They are highly professional, knowledgeable and rigorous, while also providing a very friendly and personalised treatment. They are very communicative and responsive, always have time for another meeting, and I feel very lucky for having David dealing with the frightening experience of getting my first property. I would highly recommend Helix FP. I have used their services twice now. Ross, in particular, put in a lot of effort in looking for the best Mortgage Deal for us. David and he even negotiated with the Mortgage provider for weeks to get a deal that suited our requirements better. As our purchase could not complete before the Mortgage was due to expire, Ross suggested getting an extension on our Mortgage offer and wasted no time in securing an extension. As I didn't know solicitors who could handle my purchase, Ross suggested a firm which I then used and was not disappointed. I would use Helix FP again if needed.

Could not recommend Helix Financial Partners more highly for their mortgage services. Ross, Kerry and Kulvir were fantastic from start to finish. In particular Ross, who I do not think I could've got through the purchase without! Will be recommending them to family and friends.

Would highly recommend his mortgage broker service as he was really friendly and helpful in getting the mortgage offer across. Despite various hiccups throughout the process (which was outside our control), he was readily available and sometimes worked outside work hours to ensure the offer went through, which it did in the end. From helping me navigate the complex product market to settling on something that worked for my complex needs, straight through to making sure the deal went through on completion. David arranged our recent remortgage and was able to source us the best rate on the market. He notified us when the interest rate was reduced by the lender and secured the product immediately, before it was subsequently withdrawn a few days later.
