Will the delightful dreams strapless mini dress in yellow size xs be restocked soon?

I ordered a dress for my daughter, but as soon as I clicked the order button, I realised I ordered the wrong size. I immediately emailed support (within 1 minute) with the order number and a request to change the size. All emails have gone unanswered. Absolutely no response or acknowledgment (except the automated support email). I called the phone number, but that just has a message to email them. Their return policy is terrible, no free returns and only store credit. Don't bother with this company, there are a lot better Australian companies out there, that have much better customer service. I will say that the postage is really fast! With that said, ensure you double and triple check your order, because if you make a mistake you won't be able to get it fixed easily.

I wore this on my hens, and I was on a boat so worried when I had to go to the toilet and thought I would have to take the whole thing off, I DID NOT, I could just take the bottom part down like pants. I got so many compliments, it was so comfy and the girlies looked great in it too. SOOO COMFTY 10/10, I told all the girls I was going to leave a review so I’m holding my promise !!! You guys are genius for creating such a beautiful product !!!!

Hello Molly’s customer service has been beyond amazing. I worked with Heidi to for a while to make sure my returns arrived and she was so attentive, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. I cannot wait to order from Hello Molly again! The quality of clothing and the quality of their customer service are superb!

However, I was connected with an actual employee- Heidi, and she responded to my issue within 24 hours. Not only was she quick and efficient, but she went above and beyond to make things right. Refunds should be offered. It is unacceptable that purchases made online, without trying on, cannot be refunded. Poor

Bad quality, straps on the dress ping off when the slightest bit of pressure supplied. The delivery was good to be fair, but the quality of the dress I bought was itchy and cheap. I would recommend for a bit event avoiding hello molly and going else here for higher quality. They also illegally refused a refund and gave me a store credit. When the product is fault, which was by their admission, you are entitled to a refund. They never processed this and gave me a store credit as if I’m ever going to consume from them again.

The dress I ordered came quickly, is beautiful, amazing quality, and perfect for the occasion! Hello Molly offers a wide variety of options and i look forward to shopping again!

Heidi was excellent and responsive in helping me. She answered all of my questions, and assisted me in a timely manner which made my experience that much more likely that I’ll shop here again.

Probably the worse online shop ever. I ordered bikini which I returned as quality is very poor, then after 6 month I couldn’t find anything else suitable to order so I purchased long sleeve silky dress which even size 6 was massive.. terrible very hard to pick from their cloths. I wish they were doing returns for refunds as I think is very overpriced poor quality and design clothes

I purchased for my grad ! Amazing dress! It was stretchable. I was unsure about the purchase as I randomly purchased from the ad on Instagram! Also the credit points as I wouldn’t get the money back. But it turned amazzzzing !! I am in soo love with it ! Best decision!

I will never purchase from this website again. Their sizing is outrageous. I am a comfortable size 12, can often fit in size 10s. I ordered 4 size 12 dresses and not a single one fit. They’ve deemed size 12 to be a “L” They do not offer refunds. Only store credit. Why would I want a store credit with a store that can’t even make correct sizing ?
