Love working with Heritage Interpreting! I've worked with them for two conferences now and Nikki and the team are amazing. They are so thoughtful and committed to the experience of everyone- their interpreters, anyone they are interpreting for - and they have helped our events be even more accessible & inclusive.

Our agency has had an opportunity to work with Heritage Interpreting on multiple occasions for a variety of events. As both an event and ADA coordinator, I can trust that each and every time the ASL interpreters sent by Heritage will be top notch! With their help, we're consistently able to ensure our programs and events remain inclusive and provide accessibility for our attendees.

I was in need of an ASL interpreter for a funeral in Northern Ohio and didn't have much time to plan. I contacted several agencies online including Heritage. Heritage was the quickest to respond and so easy to work with. The interpreter assigned, Eliza, was wonderful. By the end of the day, I felt as if she were a family friend.

Heritage is hands down the best agency I've worked with in Columbus. All of their interpreters are great, and they do a wonderful job of sending the right people for the job (i.e. Deaf Interpreters when needed and tactile interpreters when needed). They are quick to respond when scheduling and timely with their invoices, too.

Heritage is the sole provider of ASL Interpretors for Hilliard United Methodist Church. Each interpreter is amazing and Heritage Interpreting has always been responsive to any special needs we may have. I would recommend Heritage Interpretation for any ASL interpretation needs for large or small groups

5 stars for Heritage, and the reasons for that are multifaceted. One, your terps are TOP NOTCH, and able to interpret at the level that I require in my role in medical education administration. Two, your office staff is extremely responsive, and typically responds to things within minutes when I send an email, and when it’s not within minutes, it’s relatively quick. Three, leadership (you) is very responsive when things might not go as well (rare), and you’re quick to both listen and to take action/respect the place of the Deaf consumer in their affairs and with the preference for how those affairs shall be managed. Can’t say enough good things about Heritage as a whole, and I really appreciate my relationship with you and your organization, and look forward to many more wonderfully productive years with you! When we are in need of a last minute interpreter, you’ve always been able to fill the request. Also the interpreters we’ve used have always been top notch. We’ve never had any complaints. And your office employees are always friendly and helpful!
