Jodi Hay from Hay accounting Group has been an absolute miracle worker for my business. I had such a bad experience with my previous accountant who left my books in a total mess and long overdue BAS statements. It was not an easy task but Jodi worked day and night, long hours looking at every transaction and did not rush to complete as my previous accountants have done. She took total charge of the bookkeeping and took my stress and worries away so I could focus on on my business. Jodi Hay is a breath of fresh air, she is thorough, patient and an honest person who cares about her clients. If you pick someone over Jodi, its truly going to be your loss. How awesome is Jodi Hay at Debt Collection. I had a legal client that was refusing to pay an old bill - this client had been my client for almost 5 years and we parted ways. The bill was due to a super audit. I kept emailing the client and she replied yes i will pay the bill when i have money, this went on for 6 months. I mentioned it to Jodi Hay as we were talking legal clients - Jodi's speciality. Jodi Hay offered to follow up for me. I provided Jodi Hay with copy of the emails indicating client had agreed to pay. Jodi Hay rang Friday approx 3pm, my client was super lovely and told Jodi that i would be paid by the following Friday. Wow Monday morning 11am I received a bank transfer receipt and the outstanding debt was paid in full less than 24 working hours later. I would recommend Jodi Hay for any debt collection assistance to any one including fellow accounting specialists as it takes the personalism out of the debt collection approach.
