I did a lot of research before buying a high tech health sauna and truly love my sauna. I had tried far infared sauna in Darien, CT at a “sunlighten” spa. I liked it but two health coaches I respect each separately, without hesitating said : HIGH TECH HEALTH SAUNA- the best- and lowest EMF’s. I bought the two person sauna. In truth I think the one person might have been a better choice here’s why- my husband and I never do this together- takes longer to heat up because of size (but still pretty quick) and the panels of light are both closer to you in the solo spa. Plus takes up less space. I have moved twice with this- disassembled and the-assembled twice- hired a handyman- no problem.

Short message to sing the praises of Tess Harris - Product Specialist. We recently purchased a Smart Sauna & went back & forth deciding between yours & Sunlighten. What ended up swaying our decision to High Tech was the tremendous (& refreshing) communication w/ Tess. Not only was she prompt to reply, but always thorough w/ her response to my many questions throughout the process. Customer service above & beyond is sorely lacking in most industries/businesses. Yet Tess is pure gold in that regard.

I purchased the High Tech Health far infrared sauna 22 years ago on the suggestion of my alternative doctor who was treating me for Mercury poisoning (elevated #s confirmed by a hair analysis) from my dental fillings. After several weeks of treatment, the physical evidence of effectiveness was showing the heavy metals erupting through my skin, from my jaw, down my neck and upper chest was the evidence that the sauna was effective in detoxing heavy metals. Fast forward, a recent injury from slipping on ice, I lost extension of that arm since my deltoid was damaged. The heat laser treatments were not providing relief, so I Googled if the far infrared sauna would heal soft tissue. YES! Just 8 sessions later, almost full recovery as the sauna stimulates collagen for repair. Surprisingly, as added bonus - my hip no longer pains me as I was trying to avoid hip replacement surgery. I can't say enough about the benefits of far infrared therapy that goes to the body tissue, as opposed to heating the ambient air.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, their product and their customer service. Last January, we decided to invest in a two person sauna for our home, in the spirit of health and wellness. We used it at least three times a week until Hurricane Ian came along. Our home took over 3 feet of water, which meant all of the heating elements and the bottom of the sauna were in water, and not just water, but salt water. Not knowing what could be done, my husband took the whole thing apart in order to get it out of the room it was housed in and begin the drying process. We were told another owner had gotten flooded and she dried hers out in the sun, in order to kill the mold growth. The wood is not treated for obvious reasons so in the heat and humidity of Florida, post hurricane, mold was definitely going to be an issue. We brought it to our new home and left it to dry in the garage, with my husband continuing to spray water with vinegar on the mold spots, killing it layer by layer. Success. Mold free wood. But what to do about the heating elements. A phone call and then an email with photos, the team advised my husband what to do and they were conscious enough to not push replacing the entire sauna but at the same time would not guarantee that if they sent the new parts, that would be enough to get it back working again. For $500 they shipped the replacement electronics, not knowing if they would work or not. They then coached my husband through the entire replacement. And guess what? He hit the power but and it's working like a dream! We have been back sauna-ing it again and every time we step into it, it smells as fresh as it did when it first arrived over a year ago! We cannot thank the High Tech Health team enough for helping us out. I know they felt bad about our circumstances and were compassionate with how they addressed our problem.

The sauna was delivered in perfect condition and was very easy to set up and get running.

I’m obsessed with the infrared Sauna .. easy to assemble and works great and most of all Tristan the sales rep was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful Thats why I chose this company to purchase.

Update: It’s been 6 months now and still quite happy with the sauna. I use it 4-5x/week and life is definitely better for it. Had to disassemble, move and reassemble the unit in another room and it was very easy to do. Still a 5 Star experience! ——- I’ve had my High Tech Health 3-person sauna for a month now, using it 4+ times per week for chronic pain, fatigue and brain fog and it’s been a game changer for my quality of life. It is clear that the company has put a lot of time and effort into the quality of construction and back their infrared technology with the important data needed for me to feel quite confident to make the investment. Top it off with excellent and responsive customer service and it was very easy to give my experience and the company 5 stars. Tristan, the rep I worked with, was available to hand-hold me through the entire process of receiving the sauna, assembling it (it was pretty easy!) and following up a few weeks later to be sure all was going well. As for actually using the sauna, it’s quite easy. The control panel is intuitive and it heats up to a comfortable temp within 20 minutes - just enough time for me to do some gentle yoga and/or floor exercises to warm up my core temp a little. It’s quite roomy so I can continue to do some simple exercises inside the unit.

Cannot recommend enough. The product, customer service, and total experience is first class. The Sauna is amazing, super easy to build and the customer service during and after the sale has been perfect. Thanks, High Tech Health!

We completed an exhausting search for a Sauna which lead us to High Tech Health. Throughout our purchase process the staff at the company was both helpful and informative, and through each step High Tech did everything as promised. The shipping schedule and information that they provided was very helpful in determining that the equipment was delivered in undamaged condition. The sauna came with excellent instructions and was easy to assemble. Now that we have been using the sauna for 2 months I can say that it performs flawlessly and has positively impacted our health. I purchased the TR-2 Poplar Wood 2 person suana and have used it everyday since. The suana is beautiful. Installation couldn't have been easier. Working with Tess from High Tech was informative, supportive, and without any pressures. I am very happy with the purchase and am appreciative of the type of company they are with all of their follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

We love our High Tech Health 3 person sauna. Tess was super helpful, getting us lots of information on what options fit our needs. We have had the unit for almost 2 months now and use it almost daily. Assembly was easy and only took about an hour for 2 people. One of the best investments our family has made for our health. We have had the sauna for two weeks now. It was very easy to construct. The provided directions are very easy to follow. We have utilized every day. All components, lights, heater and sound, all work easily. We are happy with our new sauna!

Great product and service. Install isn’t easy but it’s not hard either. We two 70 year olds got it done in half a day with only a few aches and pains which we used the sauna to treat. Using it daily now and love it.

First of all This is a very nice sauna. Whoever said it’s difficult to assemble? I can’t imagine anything more detailed well illustrated and simple to assemble. The craftsmanship is excellent. Also my contact Tess is/was as helpful as any one could have been. I had a lot of questions, because I think I looked at just about every sauna out there, but this TS-1 single is built with much thought in the design especially with the corner bench. It allows even me, a big dude, room to sit comfortably. Yes it’s more expensive than other one seaters, but I’m glad I didn’t let the price hold me back. I’m looking forward to really enjoying its daily use and benefiting from the products quality build.

This Transcend 3-person sauna is wonderful! We have been enjoying it daily for over a month now and love it. We were treated well both before and after we purchased it. Tess (who took our initial phone call) worked with us throughout. She was always available and in constant communication with shipping details and answering our questions. The sauna is very well engineered for DIY installation and we had it completely set up in a few hours. It is easy to use and very elegant in its design. The accompanying documentation is comprehensive and we got timely answers from customer service for the few questions that we had. We would highly recommend this product (and company) to others who are looking for a beautiful and high quality personal sauna.
