I’ve had numerous vehicles serviced at Hiller. They always do an awesome job, but most importantly they are honest and trustworthy

Integrity is the foundation on which all successful businesses are made and that is what I found at Hiller Automotive. First, my car was diagnosed with a brake booster issue and it was repaired. But when I picked it up and drove it home, it was clear the brakes still had an issue. My son took my car back the next day and Hiller agreed an additional repair to the brake was needed. They ordered the additional part and fixed it with no further charge. Second, we picked up my car again and initially thought the issue was fixed, but the next day it was clear there was still a break issue and this time we didn't feel it was safe to drive the car back to the shop. Hiller was great - the came and towed my car free of charge and the remaining issue was assessed and fixed - again there was no further charge! THAT is what makes Hiller Automotive a cut above other repair shops. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Hiller for all the customer care you gave. Excellent customer service. The staff at Hiller Automotive was considerate of my situation, resourceful, helpful and kind. They exceeded my expectations and fixed my rather complicated issue, with ease. I would encourage those with tire issues to reach out to these specialists, or go see them for new tires and services before you need serious assistance like I did!

I took my car to Hiller in Peoria and needed 2 new front tires on my Malibu, a couple hours later they called and told me I needed 2 new rims from the shop in Chicago as well as tires, and they still had my car done before noon the next day! Everyone I talked to was polite and friendly and they are super efficient! I would recommend Hiller on Pioneer parkway in Peoria to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!! They were amazing!

Thought my wheel bearing was bad. Hiller got the car in swiftly and found the problem was not bearings. Fixed the problem and returned the car that morning. Very satisfied

My wife had had work done and they would not let her leave cuz it was dangerous and explain to us that it might have been a recall part and it was and they were nice enough to replace it for us I think that's good customer service it would not let my wife drive that way cuz it was dangerous and I'm appreciative oh yeah I do got to say and they didn't do their original work I wish I would have gone there first LOL

I was caught in an awkward situation. Three broken lugs with a wheel about to fall off. Hiller Automotive referred me to very reasonable towing and fixed the vehicle promptly. I’m up and running without stress. Thank you for a job well done quickly.

I've used Hiller in Peoria for multiple jobs on my '94 Ford F150 and bad results each time. Water pump replacement and they used gasket maker instead of proper gasket. Had to take it back. Asked for a new oil pan gasket.. they sold me on a new pan (I'm guessing because they destroyed the old one getting it out). Got it back and it was still leaking. I complained, they said the new pan was potentially warped (most likely from the "mechanic" not tourqeing it correctly). That was a couple years ago and its still leaking. After some inspection, I found they had apparently broke a pan bolt in the process and replaced it with a 13mm bolt that was the incorrect size, pitch and length. I made a new bolt.. Hopefully it works. Finally, the last job I had done was tp replace the cross and bearings in the drive shaft. Hiller installed cheap unsealed crosses made in China that were not anywhere comparable to the original. Final thoughts.. watch out for their snakey ways. I, for one, will not be using their services from now on.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Hillers for about 10 years. They always do a fantastic job, at a great price, and they get me back on the road within the stated time frame. All around 5 star service!!

Hiller always gives me good service, a fair price, and quality work.
