We always strive for excellent customer service and we apologize that we missed the mark in this case. You had requested a text-based notification after your oil delivery, which is not a service we currently offer. We pride ourselves on hands-on attention to our customers needs and requests and it was on that basis that Sheri offered a solution to call you personally on the day of the delivery. When it became clear that solution didn’t work for you and there we no other solutions to satisfy your request, Sheri scheduled your delivery and the call ended. It was not her intent to leave you with the impression that she hung up - she believed that the call was complete. Your oil delivery will definitely proceed as scheduled. Again, our apologies for any misunderstanding. If you have any follow-up concerns, please feel free to call and ask for me personally in the future. My name is Billy and I will be glad to help.
