Vinny is the man, from the time we met, he showed me his professionalism, everything went very well so far, he is responsive, highly efficient, got gas plumbing permit from Town of Hempstead same day he applied which pretty impressive. Looking forward to starting the project soon.

I wanted to use them based on the previous reviews. But they kept picking up the phone, then hanging up when I called.

Quick, responsive, knowledgable. Had them come in to replace a thermal coupler - $400 for replacing thermal coupler and testing system to make sure it works properly. In an out in 45 minutes, house was warm before their professional left.

We decided to do an oil to gas conversion and gave hilltop plumbing a call. Vinny, the owner, was great. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and provided us with the invoice and promptly scheduled the work to be done at our convenience. His team arrived on time the day of the installation. They were great. They kept us updated on the progression of the conversion. They were clean and got the job done quickly. At the end, the explained how everything worked. They even came and were present when we had the town come and inspect the work that was done weeks later. Sarah, works in the office, was amazing as well. I spoke with her a few times and she was always kind, patient and very organized. She helped me out about two months later when I couldn't find my paid invoice and needed it urgently. I am extremely satisfied with hilltop plumbing and highly recommend them. Will degrees use them going forward for all my plumbing needs.

Words are not enough to describe the service and detailed attention was given through my Oil to Gas conversion period. Vinny was on time every time we scheduled a meeting and was very courteous.
