I can confidently say that James and his team at Home James Property are just that; great property managers. Multiple challenges with our investment property were taken in their stride and a great tenants was found quickly. All advertising including digitally furnished photos were a stand out. Home James conducted viewings almost every day and did not rest until we found a great tenants. Wish we could clone them for our other investments outside of Auckland.

We highly recommend Home James Property. They helped us find a nice apartment in a lovely suburb. The entire process was swift and trouble-free. Additionally, their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness stood out. They waited for us to confirm with the school if the apartment was indeed in the school zone, which shows they care for their customers. Also, unlike other property managers, they consistently respond to text messages and make sure your queries/issues are resolved on time. I initially engaged Home James property after being impressed with their professional looking website + marketing abilities, and after our first meeting together I was confident my property was going to be in good hands. The team at Home James took care of the full end to end process of sourcing and placing a tenant for us, and to say we are happy with their service would be a huge understatement. From initially discussing advertising strategy, they took care of the marketing, viewings, reviewing applications and sorting all the admin work (background checks, contracts, HH, meth testing, photography, bond lodgement, key handover etc etc) they did an incredible job, and ensured the whole experience was stress free for us. Aside from providing world class service, having the ability to customise the services they provide is a great point of difference to the tired old established property management companies. I’m not usually a review kind of person, but felt like it was necessary to share with anyone serious about ensuring their investment is looked after well - 12/10

Home James makes investment property management a breeze! They’ve been managing several of our IP’s for a while, and are always great to deal with. I was recently talking to one of the tenants who also raved about how quickly Home James dealt with a few minor repairs they needed done.
