Iconic bus, the one in orange is a con. They will sell you the ticket claiming that the tour will start in 40~45 minutes which will not happen They will keep lying about when the tour will start only to turn out two hours later that they are waiting for the bus to be full. The agent who sold you the tickets will ofc disappear making it harder to get your money back The tour itself is horrible, the bus driver drive the bus very badly, hits trees branches which might occasionally hit you in the face if you are in the upper part of the bus. The tour guide tries to make it out for the passengers who are already pissed off and tired just to make it worse. Although the idea might sound good, I would consider finding a more reliable company and make sure it offers a real service.

1.Very poor services 2.No guid on the stop 3.No air condition on the bus 4.Driver couldn't speak English. (Highly not recommended) If there is another option in NYC site bus services plz go for it ... Highly not recommended : 10/2

July 23rd 2024. Purchase 5 tickets for my family at 1pm. Sat on the Bus from stop 8. Enjoyed the ride until Time Square where we reached at 2.30pm - the driver halted the bus for an hour saying someone left their belonging and had to wait for them to come and get it. Holding all the passengers to wait. Truly messed up my day and wasted my time and money and on top of it all, My family members getting upset with me for choosing this Bus Trip. Very disappointed. Finally had to get down and walk. Bus 337.

I bought three “one day tickets” on line I noticed the tickets started At 9am. No big deal but when we went to get the ice cream from the Harry Potter store the clerk said the tickets expired at 4:59 pm. That is not a one day ticket twenty four hours is one day. What a ripoff!

Just make sure you read AND understand the routes and schedules. Do NOT assume anything. The Uptown routes and Downtown routes are NOT the same. I can not reiterate enough the importance of understanding this. The legroom inside is very cramped. Tall people CANNOT sit comfortably inside. I am 6'-3" tall, and there was no way I could sit straight in the seats. I feel that it would be the same for anyone from 5'-10" or so upwards. Up top, on a good day, is a great ride. Pay attention to your stops.

Extrêmement décevant par rapport à ce qui est annoncé : pas de climat à l'intérieur, personnel peu aimable voire aigris, l'itinéraire est bien au début mais vraiment nul à la fin. Très cher pour ce que c'est, vous faites mieux de garder votre argent et aller à pied où vous voulez.

Constantly harassing us and others in broken English anywhere even remotely close to Times Square or any touristy place. Best to completely ignore them and don’t make eye contact with them if you want to be less of a target. Looks like a big tourist trap to me.

The Hop-On Hop-Off Bus was a great experience for us to understand where all the major landmarks and attractions were in New York. The ability to get on and off whenever we wanted added to the overall enjoyable experience. Be aware, though, that while the bus stops near attractions, it doesn’t always drop you off right at the entrance. Sometimes it’s a five to ten-minute walk to reach the museum or attraction. So, if you have someone with limited mobility, keep that in mind. For us, it provided an excellent option to explore various sites without the hassle and cost of paying for Uber each time. It turned out to be a cheaper option since we were planning to visit those places anyway. We were able to see the Statue of Liberty, visit the Navy Museum, and explore many other sites affordably. The bus picked us up right by Times Square and maintained a consistent 20-minute route schedule. Staffs are nice and polite. It’s very convenient to use city pass on it and enjoy two day pass service.

Don't bother. As reported in previous reviews, which I wish I had read prior to booking tickets, the bus stops for 10 to 15 minutes at various places for what seems like no reason. I wanted to go around back to battery park, but it is taking too long for just one round trip! Over 2.5 hours!

The drivers that have great English, and no more about the actual city are the most fun. The ones with broken English were hard to understand. Some of the recordings were fine also but not as good as the live entertaining driver. The schedules were pretty accurate and comfortable seats. I like the back of the bus with the better window viewing. We’ve done these kind of tours and a lot of cities, and this one was at the top of the service providers because of schedule time.

It was not good because in full heat Air-conditioned wasn't working inside the bus..it was a terrible ride..They wasted a long time in stopping with no reason.. There are no charging points in the buses..Although staff was good..
