Absolutely loved my bitting consultation today. Highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My mare is a new horse with her new bit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow what an experience!! So I knew that the bit of a horse played a big part in their way of going but when Horse Bit Advice changed the bit to her recommendation, I was not expecting the change that I felt. My horse was able to move freer through the shoulder and open up his chest more. The stride improved tremendously and he didn’t feel as down hill as “normal”. Honestly if you are thinking of getting some advice I highly recommend you use Horse Bit Advice, I found the whole experience fantastic and so informative without being over complicated!

Really love this service, especially as I have no idea about which bit to choose with the sheer amount out there. Gill took plenty of time to watch me ride my horse and monitor his comfort levels with different types of bits after having a good look as his mouth shape. Very happy to now have a bit on order (online) to improve our experience.

I’ve had Jo Carroll out to bit my horse. She was extremely thorough, and spent a lot of time considering different bits before we went for the chosen one! He’s a different horse in the new bit and I can’t thank Jo enough 😊

Whilst Jeffrey wasn’t displaying any particular signs of discomfort, I just wanted to make sure he was completely comfortable with his bit and bridle. Jeff (like most cobs I suspect) needs a combination of different sized bridle parts, and the Quantum bridle allows for a custom fit. The difference in his way of going felt apparent immediately and now I have the peace of mind of knowing he’s happy. Thank you Gill, from me and Jeff!

Gill came out to see my horse after the dentist recommended I changed bits. Gill was extremely professional and patient and took the time to get to know my horse and watched him being ridden before recommending the most suitable bit for him. The result is a much happier horse and rider ☺️ would 100% recommend.

I have had the pleasure of having Gill's knowledge twice over in the last 12 months. On each occasion she has been able to offer superb advice and alter the bit in line with my daughter and the ponies education and development. My pony was so sensitive in the mouth that it has been necessary to take things slowly. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Gill for biting advice.

Gill came out a few weeks ago for my welsh D she was fantastic I asked about 10,000 questions and she answered everyone and was so lovely!

I used Gill's services after buying my youngster at the end of last year. Up until recently everything was going great in the bit Gill recommended however since the lock down she has been evading and I messaged Gill for some advice to which she text me back.... Early this morning we did a facetime so she could help me fit a bit she had recommended, albeit a temporary measure it worked. To say I'm a happy bunny is an understatement, Thank you so much Gill for going above and beyond in the current climate... cant wait for you to be able to come out to us in person x

Gill is great, she came, had a chat about what was happening and what we wanted. She assessed Ginge and watched him being ridden in his current bit then selected some to try and WOW what a difference it has made. He is now a different ride. I cant recommend Gill enough . Thanks Gill.
