I had a water softener system put in by Huemann, they were wonderful. Brad was very professional and pleasant to deal with and Steve the installer, was very professional, clean, polite and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

Definitely new to having a well and had zero knowledge of our water filtration system that came with our house which (was) having issues with rusty water. Had both Rob and Josh over to address and discuss servicing their existing system that was installed in 2013. Extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. They solved the problem and would highly recommend.

The service from the technician went well and took about 10 to 15 minutes tops. He was replacing reverse osmosis filters. 2 of them I believe a post and a pre. He was friendly and courteous But I was shocked at the bill. The bill was over $230 and consisted of the 2 filters, labor charges and trip charges of over a $100. I also am still waiting for an invoice on the service. I consider the trip charges excessive and I was not the only person on the route so I'm wondering if everyone got charged over a $100 for the trip from Johnsburg out to Marengo. I would have changed the filters myself but I am 75 years old and recovering from a cardiac arrest.

Been doing business with Huemann for 20 years. Have both a Kinetico water softener and a Water-Right Sulphur/iron filter. Outstanding service and top shelf equipment sold. Highly responsive. Had a (first time) problem with the 20 year old softener originally installed in 2002. Repair was prompt and highly professional. When the issue re-occurred a couple of weeks later, the recall tech charged only for the additional parts needed, not the return service call/labor. A-OK since then. Highly recommended.

Needed a soft water system after city pumps failed and well water became extremely hard. We contacted two vendors. Upon contacting Huemann and speaking with the owner we knew we would be going with them. The owner explained everything and answered our questions, but most importantly told us that they often test water in our city and end up telling people they don't need soft water service. That kind of honesty goes a long ways. Technician came to test and inspect system and confirmed we had very hard water. The prices quoted were competitive and fair. We ended up going with not only the soft water but a Reverse Osmosis system as well. The two technicians came out and efficiently installed the units. They had a great personality and explained everything. The work was exceptional. We are now a month in to using our new water system and we love it! We highly recommend Huemann if you are in need of a soft water or R/O system.

Our 20+ year old water softener and iron removal systems were worn out. Rob rebuilt both control mechanisms and re-bedded our iron removal system. That was a real challenge since the old material was solidified in the bottom of the tank. Rob put in the extra effort to remove all the build up and replace with new. He was fast, knowledgeable and neat. Now our system is working like brand new. When you find a company that is trustworthy and knowledgeable, keep them. That's Huemann

I just received my yearly supply of salt and I must say that I’m impressed with the employees who took my order and delivered the product. This is my second year having home delivery and I’m going to continue to use them in the future!

these people are literally the best. I had really bad odor and high iron content in my water but Rob came and explained us through why that happens and came up with a step by step plan to fix it.

Huemann water brings us such ease and reassurance as home owners. We have had a lot of work done to our home within the last five years and to be honest, jobs are not done right and we are always worried what the aftermath will be with other companies coming out. It always is such a hassle. But with Huemann is so easy to trust them. They answer the phone, they give us a call back the same day, they give out information that is needed, they are always there. Wes just left our house after installing a new system and I love how he emphasized “taking my time and making sure the job is done right.” He said it without hesitation. You don’t get that today. Time. Doing things right just for the sake of personal values of doing a job done well and right. And we appreciate that. So Huemann will always be our go to for water needs! No question!

The team was called on on the tail end of a renovation for well line drilling. They responded quickly and worked me to schedule the work promptly. The office staff were helpful and responsive to any and all questions I had.

Rob came out and got my water softener working again. He re-programmed it, and gave me instructions. Very helpful, and much appreciated!

From start to finish, I have nothing but good things to say about Huemann. For nearly two months I was getting the run around regarding a broken water softener. The first plumbing company I worked with took six weeks of stalling to continually tell me the water softener was on order but never delivered. Meanwhile, the annoyance of hard water was quite apparent in addition to the buildup of residue that would need to be cleaned later. The next plumbing company told me it had to be replaced for $2500. The next plumbing company told me they wouldn't even come look at it and to call Heumann, they're the gold standard! I was only seconds into the conversation with Stefanie. She instantly knew that the company who had installed it in 2009 was out of business, knew what kind of softener it was, and knew they could fix it. Fix it, not replace it! She conferred with someone in the background and provided a quote right on the phone. We scheduled the service visit and it was fixed on the first try! I received great follow-up from the technician who said the unit was perfect and as long as he could order parts, we can continue to fix it forever. I received the bill which was much less than the estimate and that made me even happier. They were knowledgeable, fast, professional, and honest. Wish I knew to go straight to Huemann originally, they are amazing!

Great service from start to finish. I really didn't know much about my water conditioning equipment at all, and the team was very kind and helpful explaining everything, getting me scheduled, and getting the work done. Really great people, and very experienced. Looking forward to working with them in the future!
