Richey was my technician. Very professional. I was fortunate to be able to leave my Jeep in the garage to save him from the beating sun. Before I knew it, it was done. Customer service, professionalism, great personality all in 1 package... Highly recommend this business.

My windshield was cracked and I found ideal Auto Glass through my insurance company. I was very impressed with the service I received from this company by both the installer who came to replace the windshield and then the technician who came to recalibrate the lane departure assist feature. His name was Levon order 6737. Great job! If I ever need this type of assistance again I know who to call

They did an amazing job replacing our car windshield. Very professional.

My guy that recalibrated my vehicle was great! He was and quick. He was less than 20min. He was also easy to talk to. His name was Levon. Only thing that's going on that I noticed after the fact of driving it that now my lane departure sensor is not turning on or sensing that my vehicle is a lane. Other than that, he was great!

Ryan and Levon did an outstanding job, installing our new windsheild (Ryan) and calibrating our HUD (Levon). They were both on time, professional and did a great job!

Ryan came out to replace my windshield after it got cracked.
Levon came out the next day to recalibrate something due to the swapping of the windshield. They both were quick, hard working professionals that delivered a great product. Good business with great employees.

Ideal Auto glass reached out to me the same day as I called the insurance company and set up an appointment for my windshield to be replaced the day after.

Jorge was the technician. He reached out to me before the appointment to confirm. He was waiting at the address when I arrived. He was pleasant and professional. Super nice guy. It didn’t take him long to install the windshield at all. When the job was complete, he parked my car in my spot and brought the keys to me. He explained what I could and could not do as far as the windshield was concerned and the warranty. Great customer service interaction.
I would recommend Ideal Auto Glass to any one needing this type of service. Especially if all the technicians are as good as Jorge.
