I've had a lot of car chaos in my life, I'll admit, but Ideal Auto Body in Queens was a game-changer. I was referred by Geico, and they were incredibly straightforward. They tell you exactly what your 2022 Yukon Denali XL needs, and what you don't. The response was quick, and the body repair work is top-notch. Unlike past experiences where my car gets held for weeks, Ideal Auto Body was efficient and provided excellent service. Highly recommend for any insurance claims

Not only did they do an excellent job with my repair, but the team was also extremely professional, organized, and thorough throughout the entire process. Their communication with me was excellent, as was their coordination with the rental company, since my repair was covered by GEICO and for a rental vehicle during the duration of the work. When I picked up my car, it had also been fully detailed and was spotless. I highly recommend this place.

I went in looking to get my hood repainted. They gave a very fair quote and the job they did was above and beyond my expectations. They said the paint should match the rest of the car by 95%, but it end up looking like 99%! They did it in a timely manner and everyone I dealt with was very nice. I would go back for any further body work. Definitely Recommended.
