We contacted Ideal Electrical Solutions by phone. We wanted to replace our electrical sockets and ceiling lamp holders.
We dealt with Mike throughout and he was 100% reliable. He answered all calls promptly and was punctual to the minute. His work is exemplary, as was his attention to detail. We agreed a price before hand but Mike went the extra mile and did some extra jobs at no further charge.
All things considered, I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Ideal Electrical Solutions. We fully intend to use them again in the future. Ideal will be our 'Go to' guys for our domestic electrical work.

Massive thanks to Michael who came round in less than an hour on a Sunday to replace a water damaged plug socket, and he also fixed our broken lamp whilst he was here! Michael was very friendly and did a great job - would definitely recommend!

After consistent fuse blowing leaving the house without power on a winters night and risking the contents of the chest freezer, my electrician arrived within 30 minutes and identified the issue in the garage. We recently had our first home rewired by Thomas & Thomas and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! Though the job took longer than expected, the team kept me updated throughout the entire process and communicated effectively, which gave me great peace of mind.

Our full rewire consisted of an all new consumer unit, sockets, switches, spotlights, pendant lights, ethernet sockets, loft light, outdoors light and outdoor sockets along with new circuits for cooker and and boiler.

A short list of snags at the end of a large job were resolved the next day and I'm very happy with the finished job.

I would highly recommend Thomas & Thomas and will be reaching out to them again in future for any electrical work we may need.

Great service. I needed an EICR for an apartment, called up & the guy on the phone was very pleasant & helpful as I didn’t really know what I was asking for and he explained everything and sorted the appointment straight away. Thomas & Josh who did the job were great, very friendly, explained what they were doing and just got on with the job and provided the certificate next day. Really pleased and will use them again.
