I’d highly recommend Ideal Mortgage Advisors. I was given their details through a colleague when my mortgage was due to be renewed, and I dealt with Alex Kemp throughout the process. He was quick & efficient, explaining the steps to me throughout, in a simple yet professional manner.
Some situations arose which meant I remained with my existing Mortgage lender, however Alex dealt with everything for me & just explaining what paperwork was required from myself.
He has already explained what will happen when my mortgage is due to be renewed again, & will be in touch so that it’s one less thing for me to remember.
Due to remaining with the same lender, this all came at zero to me, which was highly appreciated.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Alex and the team.

I would 100% recommend Ideal Mortgage Advisers, I was told to contact Alex by a family member and he has been professional and was available every time i called, if he was busy he would message me to say he was on another meeting. He provided exceptional service which was driven towards my requirements. He kept in touch with me until the re-mortgage completed and chased solicitors as well. I took a 3 year deal so i will definitely reach out to him in 33 months to look out for another deal. Thanks for your help.
