Absolutely appalling…. I go into the head office to try get someone to try start my application and process. I live in the pilbarra and will have to do it all over email and calls. 2 weeks go by no response to my email or calls. I talk to someone on google and they tell me oh yea someone is gonna get back to you. Yeah right it’s been 3 days nothing. I am so so so disappointed it’s already a stressful time and this kind of service is not okay. Especially after telling someone you would help them in person.

Would not give a quote for service without an initial $110 consultation. Other migration agents will give you a quote. Staff did not satisfactorily explain why this company was not able to provide a quote. Not for me. This is not a fake review as suggested by the owner. I made a phone enquiry on the date of the original review and was refused a quote for service. I was told I would need to agree to an initial consultation, with a cost of $110 for any further information as stated in my review. This is the truth.
