My granddaughter (10) was having a very itchy sensation on the back of her head. Doctor Keller was so so nice and cared for her very much. Turns out it was inflammatory alopecia. Her hair wasn’t supposed to grow back and it did! We are so very thankful!

I had the best experience today for my first visit with Dr. Emily Keller.
I live rather far and was stuck in traffic so I called and checked to make sure I was still okay to come in. She was gracious. The desk ladies were really attentive about my questions and making sure my information was accurate. The assistant who walked me back and confirmed my information while being patient in listening to my concerns and history, was thorough and kind.
Dr. Keller herself was the best. Super friendly and bubbly and definitely helped me to feel secure and safe by informing me of her plan, next move and educating me certain moles or markings as she did a thorough scan. I am extremely pleased with my first appointment and would definitely recommend!!!

Dr. Keller is a very considerate, professional & caring physician. I felt very comfortable from the time I walked in until I left. She is obviously very knowledgeable as I no longer have the rash I went to see her for. The front office staff are very welcoming and professional. I will definitely return to her if I need to. I've always preferred female physicians because they are less likely to rush through the appointment and 99% of the time they are smarter than most male physicians. She had a very nurturing way about her and I was very at ease with her. Thank you Dr Keller and your friendly staff for making my visit comfortable. I don't see how anyone could rate a 1 but there is always a Karen close by it seems.

I have been to a lot of dermatologists over the years due to me living in different cities.
Dr. Keller is by far the best I have ever been to. She is so kind, caring, and thorough. I genuinely feel like she cares about my skin as much as I do and is invested in my mental well-being on top of it! I did not realize I needed to hear that my spots were normal and healthy until she said so.
Thank you Dr. Keller, you have a customer/patient for life.

It is five years later and Dr. Keller is still undoubtedly the top Dermatologist in the area, hands down. My recent visit confirms that once again.
The suggestions I would have are related to the management of her office. It is time to upgrade the phone software so that it integrates with the appointment software and text messages and return calls on hold are integrated. Her staff is excellent but the front office also needs a remodel to allow for more private discussions. It is just too busy and those women deserve a medal for being able to operate in that noisy environment. It needs to be addressed.
Dr. Keller is a very keen dermatologist. She graduated summa cum laude, so she obviously is smart, but she has street sense, she isnt someone who did well in school and is now practicing on you. She is very good. Let her do her job and listen to what she says and you will be well.
I love it---can you tell this to my family, too??? thank you!

Friendly and professional people. I will return it needed.
Edit 2023
I am still a patient of doctor Keller and indyderm.
I shouldn't be amazed at this point at the level of care the doctor Keller has for her patients. On more than one occasion I have emailed a photograph of something to the office and gotten a call back from the doctor to discuss my options for taking care of the problem..
Everything that doctor Keller does screams to me about caring for my health.
I would say she is an 11 out of a 10 possible score.
I strongly recommend inyderm and doctor Keller

Visited Dr. Keller for a skin concern, she listened and discussed my symptoms with me and then determined I needed to be referred to an allergist. She gave me tips in the meantime to help alleviate my issue and really felt like it brought some relief. I would 13/10 recommend her!

They are not willing to extend their grace period even for 2 minutes, which I think is terrible because what if somebody got in a bad situation and was only a few minutes late. Some people wait days and days for their appointments, and only because they were 2 to 3 minutes over their grace period doesn't mean you guys reschedule them for another day.

Experienced very poor customer relationships. She doesn’t care about her patients. Is extremely distrusting and can barely get an appointment and has all her PAs do the work now.

Update: I mentioned I went to a different dermatologist after my disappointing experience at IndyDerm. I am happy to say my new dermatologist was right and I am now completely acne free after being on accutane, which IndyDerm refused to prescribe and the very least didn’t take my concerns seriously.
Disappointed in the “treatment” I received from the PA named Anna G. It seems for acne patients they have a one size fits all approach, and PA Anna told me my acne has to be hormonal despite medications intended for hormonal acne not working on my skin before.
She seemed set in her ways and I didn’t feel she was willing to listen to my concerns. I’m so happy I immediately got a second opinion from a new derm the next day at a completely different practice because the new dermatologist said my acne is very likely not a hormonal issue, and the medicine he prescribed me is finally fixing my problem after just a couple days.
Everyone on their staff seems to be “nice” and I’m sure the PA I saw is a good person - but I truly didn’t feel any confidence in the PA’s abilities to treat my problem.
