I have been attending acupuncture at the Inner Light clinic in Blackrock, Co. Dublin in the care of Deirdre for over a year now. I was a bit desperate, and a little skeptical at the start. I can't imagine not having this resource now!! Deirdre is a consummate professional, and has tremendous experience, knowledge and the certifications to support her abilities. She's very circumspect in her assessment, initially and at the start of each session, and thoughtfully targets the ails of the day/week/year. The results are remarkable, and have supported me physically, mentally, and emotionally through a stressful period of my life that coincides with a lot of life events, personal, professional and medical for me. Don't hesitate! Deirdre will be able to help you, almost whatever your goals are.

I entered acupuncture a cynic to its benefits and quickly emerged an advocate to all my friends and family. I initially went in looking for pain relief from rheumatoid arthritis. Deirdre is a master of her craft; taking the time to truly diagnose all my symptoms and build a tailored plan to treat the body holistically vs. isolated pockets. It has given me a new perspective of what healing truly is, offering not only pain relief but improved circulation, stress management and improved my sleep dramatically. I am lucky enough to be able to go to Deirdre weekly for acupuncture and it has become my new favourite ritual! She is always so attentive and caring. She always knows exactly what to work on, based on weekly updates I give her from anything around my mental state or my physical state. All positive experience going to classes with Deirdre. I have attended classes with Deirdre in person up to Covid 19 and then remotely - in total over 25 years. I feel really energetic and positive after the classes. Deirdre has a really pleasant gentle manner which is not pushy in any way and that suits me.
