What a joke of a Dealership from the Sales team to the service department. Bought a used vehicle for a Large sum of Money,only to have problems after problems. No one is interested in you or the vehicle,once money has been exchanged. If I could give a ZERO rating I surely would. No one is held accountable for their very poor actions/ attitude towards customers. Returned my car to the dealership for further updates for Uconnect 5 Oct 28 2024 today is Nov 18 2024,still waiting. The follow up number they provided,is to a Medical facility south of the Border. If they Dealership.is interested in reaching out to me,please do so. No customer service at all

I bought a truck here yesterday Nov 13, with help from salesperson Alyshia M., who was helpful and knowledgeable throughout. I got the best value for my dollar with the truck I got, and all the must-have boxes were ticked. She was no-pressure throughout the sale. I did make one decision post-purchase against her recommendation: Leather scented tree air freshener. I wish I had listened, because now the truck (temporarily) now smells like it’s a leather jacket worn by a guy named Brock at a dance club in Toronto in 2005.

Ally was amazing from start to finish! I was purchasing the vehicle as a gift for my wife and had a fixed budget and timeline to work with. She was able to get the deal we needed and have everything done just in the nick of time. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great buying experience!

The salesman Nathan surprised me actually. He worked hard to find me the right van, with the right mileage, the right options, at the right price. My credit took some hits during covid as I'm sure many have. So i was surprised that they were able to make the right van fit my budget. I really didn't think it was gonna happen. In fact, when I did my online application and Nathan responded, I basically brushed him off at first until I saw his efforts.... the ONLY negative experience through this whole deal was that when I first viewed the van he did tell me that I would get a set of new tires... and that turned out to NOT be true. It took a little longer to get the van ready for delivery after the inspection and what not, but I do understand that parts and sublet work is not always in thier control. I was pleased with how clean the vehicle was when I picked it up, only inside the cup holders and center console were missed. When I drove it away, I saw it had a full tank of gas, which few dealers do nowadays. Overall, considering the life events that I was dealing with while trying to purchase a van, I honestly have to rate an 8 out of ten. The new tires that I was told I would get, would have been nice. That was the selling point for me. So yes I was disappointed when I was told I wouldn't get new tires... but not so disappointed to not want the van. I will definitely go there again should I decide to buy a truck, which I will be needing in the near future. Overall very pleased. Highly recommend!

We brought our jeep here after we took it to another dealership who did absolutely nothing for us. They fixed all our issues in a timely manner, they kept us updated at all times and the cost was very respectable. Would highly recommend this location!

I knew it was time to say goodbye to the trusted minivan , and I heard that chrysler had some really good deals on at the moment ! So on a whim I headed on down to the dealership. The customer service was wonderful , gave me a very good trade in value and set me up with a vehicle that met all my requests and more. They took care of all the behind the scenes work as i went on vacation the next day , Gary from finance was amazing and had everything approved and ready for the day I got back! I came home to a new shiny ride all ready for me! I went in with my 6 year old to pick it up and they fully entertained him with basketball and things as i signed the deal. They even gave him some nice Chrysler Swag! All in all the easiest , least pressured vehicle purchase I have ever made! Highly recommend Jim and Gary as a team! All round 5* service!

I recently ordered winter tires through Innisfail Chrysler, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Ally in the sales and Mandi in the parts department were absolutely fantastic. They made the whole process so easy and got my winter tires in record time. Both were super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me what I needed quickly. All staff are so welcoming and kind but I came here to specifically say that the folks in the service and parts departments are super knowledgeable and helpful and you can tell that this comes from their manager, Cassidy, down to every member of the team. We love a supportive and dedicated Parts & Service Manager!! Will never have my Dodge vehicle serviced anywhere else!
