If I could give zero star I would. They just canceled all of their residential accounts a few your back . Then that didn't work then last year I get an email and call from Gina saying we are back to doing resdential. Well I decided not to use them because of the way they treated their residential customers. I receive another email that they merged with another company and would not be doing residential. Terrible business

Unfortunately this cleaning service did not work out for us. We had a date scheduled and Innovative failed to call or show up to the appointment. We rescheduled for the following week, but on the morning of the rescheduled date I spoke with Gina in the office and I was informed that the crew had a lot of clients before me and I would possibly be sometime in the later afternoon. I ended up canceling the complete clean due to the lack of communication and not feeling like a valued customer. I would not recommend this company until they get organized with their crew and office personnel.

Innovative Pressure Cleaning has an outstanding reputation and I have been friends with the owner for at least ten years. I stopped by to pick up a couple of parts and was impressed with how professional his employees were about the care of their trucks and equipment and how polite they were.
It was my first time using them. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. They came on time, did high quality job and answered all my questions. They are very polite and friendly. Also, their scheduling service is very efficient. I will definitely use the Innovative again and recommend them to others.
I would highly recommend Innovative Pressure Cleaning to anyone looking to make their residence look like new. Whether brick, vinyl siding or stucco, their system of pressure washing is outstanding. The initial proposal and evaluation by Jim Van Handel was spot on, and you get more than your money's worth from this fine, professionally operated company. Dealing with Gina in getting us on their schedule was smooth and her demeanor was pleasant. The workers were well versed and knowledgeable with their cleaning skills, and I could not be happier with the results. I thought on a scale of 1-10, they were an 11. I even got them a customer based on the results, my mom! I would not recommend anyone to my mom unless their work product was exemplary. Thank you for a job well done!!!
I was on a tight schedule to have my home pressure washed and they worked with me to get the job done in time. They came to my house on time, they were professional and the job was done well. I will be using them again when I need my home pressure washed again, and would highly recommend them.
