Pros
-Well trained, knowledgeable and experienced trainers
-Clean and accommodating training facilities
-Provided refreshments
Cons-
-A lot of hard selling from organisers and trainers
-Time scheduling was not adnered to, had a 3 and half hour session with a 5 min break (I was finished)
-Some elements felt rushed by both trainers
-2nd trainer wore a mask, I got the feeling she didn't want to be recognised outside the training room
- Not wheelchair friendly

I paid for a ‘Counselling Skills Level 7 Diploma’, which had absolutely nothing to do with counselling skills whatsoever.
The course material was badly written in North American (English) full of typos and was simply out-of-date meaningless nonsense.
It reminded me of entry level basic training materials from the 1990s.
I’m a counsellor and, whilst I completed the course from start to finish, I learnt absolutely nothing to help me within my practice.
The course is designed for people working in a managerial position, running a team of staff.
It looked at very basic and outdated topics around areas like ‘office politics’ and ‘conflict management’ specifically in the workplace.
I believe the content was written 40+ years ago and l fundamentally disagree with the psychology concepts, having spent two decades working in various corporate managerial positions prior to retraining and changing careers in my mid 40s.
This course is flawed on so many levels and misrepresents employee engagement managerial strategies, safeguarding, corporate wellbeing and workplace psychology.
It was a complete pointless course and my advice is to avoid this training provider. Adding insult to injury, I need to pay £250 plus £16 P&P to receive my certificate.
I feel duped and extorted.

My decision to enrol with lnspire London College is one of the best in my quest of learning, it has been mind-blowing, l now understand service users better and l relate better with them, the smile of satisfaction on their faces and positive comments cannot be quantified, this school has helped to build my confidence in my career, in fact l highly recommend this school for all health and social care workers.

I recently completed the Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, I am delighted to share my positive experience with others. . I highly recommend Inspire London College to anyone seeking a quality education in health and social care. The course material was sufficient, covering essential topics, and the support provided by the tutor was exceptional.

I have taken the Business Management, Risk Managment and Project Management Level 4 Diploma and on each of these courses the response I have received from my tutors have been absolutely great.
I would highly recommend Inspire London College as it is a fast convenient and a cheaper way of gaining a recognised qualification with the awarding body TQUK.

I have taken ILC's Level 3 Diploma in Construction Management. There is no doubt that ILC has the best virtual learning environment and after completing my ongoing course, I want to take ILC's Level 4 Diploma in Construction Management.
