Me gusto.

We stay at Greenwich Cove every summer and look forward to it every year. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating and have saved the day many of times. The floating docks are new and well maintained and we love the quaint area it is located. One of my favorite marinas in the country.

Our BBF group had a Christmas party at the Club. It was great.

We stayed in the marina, but had access to all of the hotel amenities. Top notch facility with exceptionally friendly staff. The 3 associated restaurants were very good, though a bit pricy compared to nearby restaurants. The pool was great and the sights were picture-worthy.

A wonderful place to stay! Just far enough from Key West to relax and get a little space, yet close enough to enjoy the fun! The rooms were clean, comfortable and well decorated. The Lobby has some board games which was fun for our kids and quiet evenings. The Lobby also smells sooo good! The pool and bar area were so fun and the fire pit was a nice touch! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We loved walking around the Marina and that the hotel was dog friendly! Thanks for a great vacation!

Excellent breakfast

Horrible service. If you're going to fuel up your boat, you might as well hunt the attendant down because he will not come out to assist. Was there on a windy day really low tide, could have used someone to throw me a line or assist in tying up. Got my boat banged up with concrete pyling, and the guy was inside flapping his lips with some chick with a big rack. I'll find better service elsewhere.

I am a permanent liveaboard in The Perry Marina. This place is wonderful. Two pools and three restaurants. They shuttle that will take you to the waterfront every hour and pick you back up on the half hour to return to The Perry Hotel. We love it here.

Unfortunately I live in key west and wouldn't recommend staying here unless youre fine with being overcharged on your credit card the next day. I don't believe in telling your customers your room will be one price and then charging them $100 more for whatever b.s charge they tried telling me it was for. When I called to try and get it straightened out it took multiple times of calling just for them to tell me they charge everyone more money when they check out? I stayed there 1 night for less than 8 hours the lady behind the counter told me it would be $379 but they hold $50 for incidentals which is what I agreed to, the next day I was charged the extra $50 for incidentals and then a separate charge for $63 that I now have to go through my credit card to dispute these extra charges I was never told about since they apparently prefer to scam people than to fix their issues themselves.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and friendly staff. My biggest complaint was the bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Also, The hotel does provide free coffee in the morning however note it is only until 8am. They literally lift the coffee station up at 8am and then move it the restaurant and then charge you $5 for a crappy cup of coffee. Ridiculous. Hogfish is a good restaurant close by that we also recommend.
