Dr. Tim and his team are AMAZING!!! I've come here for years for spine health and am always so appreciative of their kindness, flexibility with appointments, and the relief I experience physically. Most recently, I developed a knee problem. Struggled with it for months and finally asked Dr. Tim to take a look. Not just a spine Dr here. I'm over the moon that I'm finally feeling relief. Highly recommended!!!!!

I was very skeptical at first, I had tried many interventions over the past 4 years but after being referred to doctor Tim, I am showing improvement in just 3 weeks.

I was experiencing sharp knee pain that made my life miserable. By chance, I received one of Dr. Tim's flyers in the mail, which specifically mentioned knee pain (I never usually read those flyers). Despite my skepticism, I made an appointment with Dr. Tim. He discovered that the issue was actually in my lumbar/hips, not my knee. After a few adjustments, I was pain-free! If you are experiencing joint pain, I highly recommend consulting with this practice.

I had been getting severe back and neck pain that would cause debilitating headaches on a daily basis. It was getting difficult to work, play with my children, or pick up my baby. I had never done chiropractic care before so I was unsure of what to expect. I found this group through my insurance and am so thankful that I did. I called and they were able to squeeze me in same day for an evaluation and start my adjustments the following week. I have been going for almost a month now and am feeling so much better. Barely any back pain anymore and my headaches are completely GONE. The staff as a whole are amazing - incredibly kind and helpful. If you are looking for a chiropractic care, please do not skip on Integrative Physical Health - they are 10000% worth it!

Dr. Tim and his team are the best! I'm down to twice a month for adjustments and laser, and I feel so much better. Lots more movement and flexibility and relief from tail bone pain, as well as, reduction in pain from plantar fasciitis. I've also experienced a reduction in headache frequency. Highly recommend! You'll feel soooo much better!

I'm generally skeptical by nature and life experience. However, the professionals at IPH have a great "bedside manner" and the decompression table in particular has made a very real difference in only a few weeks. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are experiencing back pain, you go and check this out.

Went to see Dr.Tim for right hip pain that made walking unbearable. After just 5 sessions I am happy to report that I am pain free and back to doing activities I enjoy! Everyone in the office is super nice and I felt welcomed the second I walked in the door as a new patient.

I went to Integrative Physical Health ("IPH") when I had no where else to turn but to pain management with prescription medicine which I did not want to do. I have degenerative disc disease ("DDD") in my lower lumbar region. For those who have it, they know it can be very debilitating at times. I couldn't bend more than a foot forward, couldn't bend backwards at all, had a hard time showering, dressing, sitting was painful, even walking was a struggle. Two months of PT did nothing for me. Someone told me about IPH. After three months of going two times a week, I have my mobility back. I had several methods of treatment but one in particular was/is the decompression machine. With adjustments and going on the decompression machine, I now have the majority of my mobility back. If you have DDD and want to get your mobility back, go see Dr. Tim and his staff. They are all wonderful and I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me and will continue to do for me.

Where do I begin... Miracle workers! Let's start with that. I came to Dr. Tim, Dr. Lisa, Gloria and Mia for help with my ongoing back pains. I sustained a few car accidents (always in the passenger seat) and a hard fall on the ice a few years ago and I haven't been the same. I have had days where I couldn't get out of bed. I'm also someone who has suffered from debilitating chronic migraines and headaches since I was a child and every doctor I've spoken with about it, had given me some bogus diagnosis and shoved meds down my throat that made me feel HORRIBLE! I decided enough, was enough and I gave Dr. Tim a try and for the first time, in my 31 years of living, I feel RELIEF! I feel like myself again. I can move, I can think, I can get out of bed and out of the car without being in tears. Since I start my adjustments in late March of 2024 to now, I haven't had a single headache, a single migraine, and my back doesn't feel like it's going to give out on me. I used to have a headache everyday and at least 5 - 6 migraines a month. I'm able to go on long walks again, I'm able to sleep more soundly, and finally the whoosing sound that has haunted my ear drums for YEARS is gone. The fluid is finally moving in my body and I feel human again. I can't thank Dr. Tim enough for what he's done for me. He and his team have been INCREDIBLE and so supportive. I cried tears of joy in his office, because for the first time I was heard, I was validated and someone wasn't trying to shove a pill down my throat. My only regret was not seeing him sooner. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. My advice for anyone dealing with back and neck pain, or headaches / migraines.... SEE DR. TIM! 10 GOLD STARS!!

Marvelous staff in all respects--knowledgeable, kind, thorough, patient. Treatment is absolutely individualized and, in my case (60+ years of neck problems), the most effective I have encountered anywhere. I would, and have done so, recommend this office to anyone suffering intractable pain.

I have been dealing with debilitating back pain from back to back car accidents for two and a half years. I went through 3 different back doctors. All 3 told me they were not able to do much more for me. I was depressed and had resolved myself to being in pain the rest of my life. Dr. Tim was the only doctor to catch two issues with my spine the other 3 missed. In just 2 visits my life changed for the better. I went from near constant pain, minimizing my walking and movement, to having my range of motion back and my ability to stand and walk without pain. I'm already recommending them to all of my friends. I'm happier, more healthy, and starting to move and feel like myself again. Absolutely life changing.

I had pain in my shoulder, lower back, and hip for years. I decided to go to Intergrative Physical Health after it was highly recommended to me. I am so happy that I went! I started feeling less pain immediately and after two weeks I have no pain. I now have better range of motion and can perform tasks much easier. I love that they treat your pain naturally to help keep off meds and avoid surgery. The office has a welcoming environment and friendly and professional staff.

I have I have psoriatic arthritis and was suffering with lower back pain and neck pain. Dr Tim and Dr Lisa had me pain free in two months.The Awesome staff and teamwork made it easy and enjoyable every visit .

If I was to describe in one word, phenomenal!! Everyone here is like a family a treats you as one, from the one on one consultants with Dr.Tim and Dr. Lisa giving you your own unique care. To Gloria’s amazing energy, a Mia super ability to keep it all in order. After looking for a long time for good chiropractic care , my search was over when they landed into my life an my mobility , agility an ability to move three life with out constant uncomfortable pain was put to ease in just a few visits. I am truly greatful for all of them!

I was squeezed in the same day I called with severe pain from a rotated pelvis due to years of injuries. By the end of the appointment my pain was greatly diminished. A week later my spine feels straighter than it has in years with little pain. I have stopped taking pain medication. The staff is super friendly and make you feel right at home. Thanks to the expertise of Dr. Tim and staff I am now on the road to happier, pain free life.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Tim for several years now. My back is the best it has been since I injured it over 40 years ago….Very little pain! It’s uncanny how much better I feel. I was skeptical at first but the results are amazing!

Dr. Tim, a superb Chiropractor who continually learns new techniques and shares his extensive knowledge with his patients to improve our health. Recently, I had real bad pain between my shoulder blades causing pain into my chest. A scary scenerio. He took me in right away and instead of a trip to the emergency room I got immediate relief!! His whole team is top notch !! I highly recommend Integrative Physical Health.

I had been to chiropractors before, but no one too the time to really dig into why my hip was hurting. Until I went to IPH! Dr. Tim and his team have clients who never thought they could be fixed, and he fixes ya! Really fixes ya!! I highly recommend Dr. Tim and his team.

I can’t tell you how much better I feel from going to Dr. Tim. I could barely turn my head, back was tight and painful along with plantar fasciitis in my foot. Dr. Tim treats the issue not the symptom along with no medication. Thank you Dr. Tim and your team for making me feel youthful again.
