Tuote ok, palvelu huonoa
Vaikka verkkosivut ovat .fi-päätteisiä, tavara tulee Ruotsista, ja palautustilanteissa on maksettava yli 20e postimaksu Ruotsiin asti itse. Todella riski Suomalaisille asiakkaille siis, suosittelen välttämään tätä jos löytyy kuluttajaystävällisempi vaihtoehto.

Do not buy outside of Sweden unless you're sure you won't return the goods
I am not at all used to having to pay for the return of an online purchase. I was not aware of that, and if I had known that the store is actually outside of Finland, I wouldn't have ordered anything anyways. Now I realised the product doesn't meet my expectations and on top of having paid for shipping, I have to pay over 20 euro for a return?! Never again...

It says in our purchase agreement both that our warehouse is located in Sweden and in case of a return made out of regret the customer pays the return costs. You can read more about it here: https://www.iphonetalo.fi/ostoehdot-p1.html.

Palautus ei toimi
iPhonetalo ei ota palautusta vastaan Suomesta. Paketti on lähetetty oikein, mutta he eivät nouda sitä. Ei kannata tilata Suomesta, koska palautus ei toimi.

Tarvitsin 100 W USB-C-laturia ja sellainen sattui löytymään iPhonetalosta, josta en ollut aikaisemmin kuullut. Alkuperäiset ruotsinkieliset osiot tekivät sivuista ajoittain hieman sekavia, mutta laturi ja sopiva piuha tuli löydettyä, ja nämä saapuivat yllättävänkin nopeasti noudettavaksi. Oman kokemuksen perusteella luotettava ja nopea nettikauppa.
