Well done to the beautiful lady who welcomes you in, she has such a bubbly and friendly personality and her husband for his incredible work behind the scenes.

Saved me so much money from taking it to Apple which would have reset my whole computer and taken over 2 weeks !!! + the $1000 I would have been charged! They fixed my laptop with all my data saved and explained everything so perfectly and clear! Super happy! 10/10 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent service. IT-Tech fixed my MacBook Air within a few days after I spilt a cup of tea on it. Apple store and another Mac repairer said it's not fixable and needed replacement of all main parts which would cost same as new computer and all data be lost.

I contacted Frances as I was not happy with Apple or a Data recovery company. Frances sounded very positive in that he could repair a water damaged macbook and retrieve the data. Sent Frances the laptop and within a day he had reported the problems, completed the repair at a very reasonable price and sent it back. All up it was returned to Sydney, working, within 3 days. Great communication too. I will definately use Frances again.

I had my 2017 macbook air battery replaced last year. Still lasting a very long time! Frances is lovely and explained everything before and after the battery replacement.

I recommend going here to get a battery replacement any day! Battery placements are certainly a good price. Better value than going to Apple themselves (especially for older systems)

As we organised, dropped my computer off at 12 and had it back at 5. As much as I do not want to need their services again, IT-Tech Online will be the place I'll go!

I came here recently with a MacBook issue, lady at the counter quoted me $600 for a part that didn’t even need replacing. Went to apple and they told me it was a quick fix and not the issue the lady said it was. Also cost quarter of the price I was quoted. Poor service.
