Just wanted to say a great big thanks to yourselves. We had been let down badly with another tile company and our tiler was all booked. You pulled out all the stops to ensure that we got the tiles we ordered with yourselves on the day required and they arrived on time. They are now being laid and look amazing. This Company were perfect to deal with from start to finish and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done guys you were just brilliant

We had a great experience from Arran and team at the Italian Tiles Outlet. When we ran out of tiles, they quickly got us extra ones. Very quick to respond. The showroom has a wide range of tiles and price ranges to choose from and very good lighting. The tiles are of high quality and we are really delighted with the finished result in our bathroom.

What a great showroom full of large displays of lovely tiles. It is like a tardis when you enter, if you need tiles I definitely recommend a visit. I had been looking around at tiles in other stores, some nice quality, but very pricey, some obviously not great quality and cheap for a reason, but here you get great quality at great value, really pleased a colleague at work recommended I check them out ! If you need help in design choices (which I definitely did) the staff were there to help and very informative. Plus when my tiler rang me to say he would be coming a week earlier because he’d had a cancellation I rang and spoke to Arran in a state of panic and he pulled out all the stops to get me my tiles delivered in time.

Excellent service. I went in for a browse not really knowing what I wanted, Mark was very helpful, I left with some samples and returned a few days later to order. All the staff were brilliant and kept us updated on our order. Would definitely recommend and return. Kylie & Paul.

Phenomenal experience. 10 stars. Would highly recommend this company. We had a fantastic experience with Italian Tiles Outlet. Arron was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect kitchen tiles. The quality of the tiles are phenomenal. Arron recommended Kevin, a tiler, and the installation was seamless, the end result exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen looks more than stunning, thanks to the quality tiles and excellent service. We would highly recommend! We have sadly had a very poor journey with other companies, whilst renovating our home from top to bottom. The products elsewhere have been faulty, the after care is poor, the quality of the install has been abysmal, and this has been experienced through using multiple tradesmen. Arran and Kevin have restored our faith. Excellent customer care and install does exist, after all. A superb team. In 6 years of renovating, Arron and Kevin are by far the best!
